Horrible service (associate spent 10 minutes with another customer without even acknowledging my presence), high prices (for hookah items), limited selection. Also, was absolutely filled with vapor smoke.

Full disclosure: I’ve never been to the store. However, the experience I just had on the phone was awful.
THEM: «[MUMBLED NAME OF SHOP… MAYBE?]»
ME: «Hey there, I’m wondering if you have any [BRAND HERE] heads in stock?»
THEM: «Uhhh…umm…you need heads? Um… what kind?»
ME: «[REPEAT NAME OF BRAND].»
THEM: «Uhhhhh-ummmm…uhm…nnnooooo. I don’t think we do…»
Easily half the call was some variation of «ummm», to the point that I wonder if the person was asleep when I called. They sounded like they were annoyed that I woke them up.
