One of my favorite affordable places! I love the curry and chicken adobo. Very good lumpia.

Best lumpia & pancit in town! If you want lumpia call it in because they always make it fresh. My orders are always ready when I go to pick it up!

This place is great, service was fabulous, the lady was so nice and helpful and they give free samples to everything so you can try it. The curry chicken was good but too salty. The lumpia was amazing and the tura which is a banana lumpia was amazing too. The place is so nice and homey too. I recommend this place! Yum

The only Filipino place I know here in Jacksonville. Food is authentic and prices aren’t too bad. Very helpful and friendly staff. When I need my Filipino fix this is my go to place.

Their dinuguan was all meat(i.e., no innards which are traditional ingredients) which may be good for the not-too-adventurous. What was odd was that it’s cooked with ginger instead of lots of lemon grass so it didn’t taste quite like the dinuguan I’m used to. Maybe it’s a regional thing(I never had dinuguan with ginger in my travels in the Philippines though). It also lacked heat. So for those who never had the Filipino blood stew, theirs was not the traditional taste that most Filipinos crave for. If you want a dinuguan that taste more like the real thing, the Filipino store in Raleigh or the one in Goldsboro(Asian Alliance) taste so much better. The pinakbet(vegetable sauteed in shrimp paste) was not bad. It’s all-vegetable without the frills. The bihon(noodles with vegetables) was pretty good, it actually tasted like traditional bihon. We also had ground meat with carrots & peas cooked in tomato sauce. Tasted good but VERY greasy. As a matter of fact most of the dishes they served swim in oil. Would I come back? Yes, to try their other dishes in order to have a fairer assessment of the restaurant(then I can update this review). But so far with the 4 dishes that I have tried, I was not very impressed.

Decent Filipino place with a superb staff. Food was tasty, and the owner could see some trepidation on my daughter’s part, so she kindly gave us a tasting plate. I heartily recommend. Pros: Good selection, wonderful hospitality. Cons: Mostly carry out, so seating area is pretty Spartan; this is only a con if you’re not expecting it.

A nice little place with very friendly staff. Would highly recommend the chicken adobo. The chicken curry isn’t half bad either. They never have the Kare Kare made when I go…

Ordered one order of shrimp Phở and two vegetable beef Phở. All we got was beef phở no vegetables. Noodles are way under cooked and the bean sprouts are old and wilted. I will never get Phở from here again.

Wish they delivered! Love their lumpia! Had the chicken adobo once and didn’t care for it. It seemed to be lacking in seasoning but husband had it another time and it was fine. Happy to have an interesting option in Jacksonville.

Not bad. Went as soon as they opened for the day but the food on the food line was barely warm and the rice tasted old. Will give it another chance just because the customer service & lumpia were great!

Incredible food. Great prices. Super nice staff. My daughter and I are quite familiar we with Filipino cuisine and had no idea this gem of heaven existed until last week. The prices are so reasonable that I asked«Are you sure I dont owe you more?» The young lady who helped us, even helped me scale the curb as I am disabled. She did this not even knowing we were coming in. Thank you for a wonderful meal, and you definately have made it to the favorite restaurant of ours! G-d bless!

The Filipino food is alright. Service was friendly. If you are Vietnamese and really know how things should taste like I suggest not to order the phở or spring rolls(fresh rice paper ones) but either than that this place wasn’t too shabby.

Delicious Filipino food and it’s in Jacksonville. There’s a hot-line for combination plates and you can order from the menu. It took about 15 minutes but the Crispy Pata was crunchy and perfect. We had beef steak, pork adobo, and karekare, all were very good. We had no room for desserts: banana lumpia, halohalo, and bubble teas. Definitely coming back!

I didn’t think I would ever be able to find authentic Filipino cuisine here in Jacksonville and I am SO happy I did! The food is amazing and the staff is the sweetest. If you’re new to Filipino food, don’t be afraid to ask and have them explain. They will even let you sample something if you’re curious! The first time I went in I got beef steak(tender morsels of steak marinated in lemon juice and soy sauce), pancit(noodles), lumpia(similar to egg rolls, BUTBETTER, and come fried or soft), and a huge pile of white rice. It was so much food and I had the happiest tummy. Will definitely be returning to get some more of my other favorites! Bonus: Got a sweet tooth? Get some turon — aka deep-fried banana rolls or cool off with some delicious halo-halo! Yum!

This is he best Filipino cuisine in all of North Carolina! Their food tastes so much like how my mom makes it!!! If you want to have a great experience and try something so delicious then come here! The food is so authentic and the service is very warm and welcoming! If you’re brave you should try your skills on the infamous Karaōke Machine. It won’t be a Filipino cuisine without a Karaōke!!!

Finally Jacksonville has a Filipino Resturant. Since I am Filipino myself, I usually know what to type of food I am getting. If it’s your first time, the workers are very friendly and explain to you what each dish is. You can choose 1 – 3 choices or from the menu above. I’ve been here about 3 times. So far I got the 2 choice — white rice, pancit(noodles) and pinakbet(veggies) another time I got their lechon which is like crispy pork. They were all good. The inside is nice and clean as well.

This place is definitely worth a stop if you are looking for authentic filipino cuisine. Food– For people who haven’t ever had food from the Philipines, it is an interesting fusion of standard Vietnamese fare with Spainish influences. I would definitely recommend the Phở and the Lumpia which can be fried or soft. The Phở is a little different than what you would expect from a Vietnamese place, with increased sprouts and green onion and no basil. Fried lumpia are kind of like eggrolls filled with meat and the soft lumpia are similar to burritos filled with veggies and meats covered in peanut sauce. Price– the price is very reasonable with most meals under 10 $ Venue– This place is a hole in the wall and looks like it. With yellow wall paper, eclectic Asian nick-knacks and cheap tables and chairs the atmosphere leaves something to be desired. This is the kind of place I like to get take out, not have a nice sit down dinner. Service– the staff is very helpful and friendly. the Kitchen staff is willing to make anything on the menu special to order for dietary concerns or preference.
