A little slow on the service but the donuts were fresh. Overall happy with my visit here, but definitely nothing impressive about it.

This is the worst location for service i’ve ever seen from this chain. Their drive though has a horrible design and I’ve received the wrong order three times in a row (and they aren’t hard, black coffee and a toasted beagle with cream cheese).
The staff is hit or miss. Some of them could care less while others are trying hard. I’ve been at the window and seen up to 14 people behind the counter, creating a ton of confusion. Someone should tell the management that more isn’t always better.
My advice, drive 2 minutes down the road to the south and visit Port City Java. Much less busy and haven’t had a problem with the orders yet.

Was just at this location a few moments ago and i watched an employee by the name of Brittany, a brunette, sneeze two time into her bare hands and them walk back in to the prep area without wiping or washing her hands. Absolutely DISGUSTING. Won’t catch me back there to give her the chance to make snotty bagels and coffee. Unacceptable.

Eww it’s okay. I come from Californian so this was my first time trying their coffee. The workers at this location are not nice, helpful, and basically seem to be tried of work. I don’t blame them though I have seen the lines and how people act about coffee. I only get the ice coffee and that is very sweet!

Great place to grab a coffee or some ridiculously «sugary» drink. Although I think some of their menus items are a tad overpriced for what you get, it’s still a lot better than spending $ 20 at Starbucks. I come here a lot because I’m a student and need the caffeine! I really do like their fresh brewed ice tea. You can’t beat a large iced tea for $.99! The parking lot is so small that people are down right rude when entering or leaving so beware!

Not a huge DD fan because i feel like they taste like metal (donuts). The sandwiches are good and the discount is better. I prefer a bakery but in a pinch ill suffer a donut from here. The staff is rarely forgetful but were all human right?

Dunkin Donuts is Dunkin Donuts. I never was a big fan until I moved to the East Coast and now I prefer it over Starbucks.
They get my coffee right, I’m not charge $ 13 bucks like the place with the green straw, and at this particular location, whoever is on the mouth piece at the drive thru, has THE BEST voice ever. He’s hilarious.

This place has gone DOWN HILL. There were 8 workers today. We went through the drive thru repeated the order 4 times and it was still wrong. Coffee was watered down. Didn’t give us straws for our drinks. Sad to see a great place go downhill.

This Dunkin’ Donuts is pretty great. My only complaint (and reason for not giving them 5 stars) is that they always have the television on Fox News, which makes me feel uncomfortable inside. The employees, however, are very friendly and they always get my order right.

Food was typical for DD, what wasn’t typical was having to sit in my car downwind of 3 DD employees smoking right outside the building while in the drive thru line. YUCK!
