Horrendous pharmacy. Sat in the drive thru line 21@ minutes. No one at the window for 6 minutes after I pulled up. This is a normal occurrence. No sense of urgency at all.

Truly poor service! I have been trying for 3 days to get my prescription and yes of course it is an insurance issue but they didn’t call me that day and tell me they waited Til I showed back up at the store oh and they don’t carry that brand so they’d have to order it. ok no problem! well they never ordered it and I have been 3 days without it and it’s one of those medications you don’t really want took too long without. I am really disappointed and frustrated with this pharmacy! now I remember why I like to go to mom and pop stores.

The staff at the front desk are always super friendly. Every time I walk in the greet me «good afternoon/evening» and«have a goodnight» It is definitely a pleasant surprise. The store is always clean and stocked. I’ve never had an issue finding anything. Parking is fine, but getting in and out is a little bit rough. It’s right at the corner of Blanding and Collins so sometimes people speed through the parking lot cutting past the light at Collins. Drive-tru Pharmacy. One lane for«full service» one lane for«drop off only» — SUPERSLOW I’ve had nothing but terrible experiences at the pharmacy as far as customer service from the pharm techs. The main two pharmacists who work there are very friendly.

I’m not a big CVS person, but today changed my mind. I’ve been searching for a specific hair care product, exclusive to CVS. Lonnie helped me find the while line between her store and another. She called around and HD the other store hold the products. She also gave me the bogofree promo although it wasn’t advertised in-store yet. This CVS looks like an older location and is a bit cluttered, but the staff is helpful and friendly.

Was kind of turned down coming here, but atyou have to make do with what you have access to at 2am right? Definitely a complete paradigm shift from coming during the day, there is only one customer service associate available around these hours, so definitely suggested for strictly in and out needs. Recommend coming during the day, customer service must be sought out, upon my many visits, still have yet to have anyone come and ask me do I need help with anything, or even«welcome to walgreens» at that matter, so dont expect much. useful for daily ‘here-n-theres’ but nothing more. 2⁄5 only because theyre open 24 hours.

I am not use to needing a pharmacy three o’clock in the morning but on this particularly night I was sure needed some assistance. Well I was certain that a particular pharmacy was open 24 hours up the road for me, well I was wrong. While driving to another location, I ran across CVS which is open 24⁄7. My needs were minimal but the advice of a pharmacist was needed. I was give great advice to reassure my internet remedy findings. I was really pleased with the service I recieved.

If I could put 0 Stars I most definitely would. This CVS is absolutely the worst experience I’ve had ever. And this wasn’t based on a one time visit. I have gone here several times at the Pharmacy trying to get my medication straight. It took them 3 months for my birth control to get transferred over. At the drive through, it took them 30 minutes to find my meds(they already called and texted saying it was done) and the lady at the window tried handing my cards through the glass window instead of using the transfer basket. My advice to you, if you are looking for a pharmacy do NOT use this place. And if you are looking for a place to pick up some milk or bread the prices are extremely overpriced.

I have never experienced such a horrible experience at a pharmacy! I called in my RX and was told it would be ready in 2 – 3 hours. I waited the appropriate amount of time and showed up at the drive-thru 3 ½ hours after I made the call. I waited in line behind 1 truck at the drive-thru for a good 15 minutes. This was the first thing that irritated me — they are suppose to have them pull around if it’s going to take that long. When I finally got to the window — Ooops — they forgot to fill my prescription. I was told it was going to be 10 minutes and I was told to pull around. Instead of pulling around and getting back in line at the drive-thru, I parked and went inside. I stood at the counter and waited and waited and waited. 10 minutes passed and I waited and waited and waited. Finally, I asked Yvonne(who was the person at the window who told me it would only be 10 minutes) how much longer it was going to be. Not even looking up from her never-ending clacking at the keyboard, she quipped rudely, «Not long.» Now, I’m pissed. They dropped the ball. My prescription should have went to the top of the list — but it didn’t. And then for her to be rude and snap at me?! Oh no no! FINALLY, the pharmacist lays my prescription on the counter and tells Yvonne it’s ready for me. Yvonne doesn’t acknowledge me or the pharmacist; she never looks from the computer screen. I’m drumming my nails impatiently on the counter now and shooting Yvonne the evil eye. I waiting a good full minute before I finally asked, «Can you PLEASE give me my prescription and check me out now?» Yvonne literally snatched the prescription bag off the pharmacist’s counter and slammed it down on the counter in front of me and gave me a «go to hell» look. I waited past the appropriate time to pick up my prescription and then wasted at least another hour waiting at the pharmacy. I’m sorry, but it was their mistake it wasn’t filled to begin with. I’m not sure what Yvonne’s problem was. I can understand mistakes happen and I had no problem with waiting another 10 minutes for it to be filled. But the extra long wait I had(when it was their fault I was waiting) was ridiculous. Her attitude was ridiculous and uncalled for. I would really love to say I will NEVER return to this pharmacy again. However, they are open 24 hours and every now and then someone in the family has to make a middle of the night trip to the ER and then needs an RX filled. Then and ONLY then will I return to this store. Even then, I may drive out of my way to find another CVS open 24 hours. I had just been to the doctor and had new prescriptions to drop off and have put on file. I was absolutely not going to drop them off at this CVS. Instead, I left and went down the road to the CVS at the corner of Blanding and 103rd — I recommend using this pharmacy instead. I’m going to visit a few more times before I review for that one, but based on just going in and dropping off my prescriptions, they deserve 5 stars(the one at Blanding and 103rd, that is).
