Obviously, since I’m giving this pharmacy 5 stars, it’s my go-​to place for meds!
I love the fact the automated system calls me and I can push buttons on my phone to refill my meds. I don’t have to remember to do it. And when the automated system fails to reach me, I can always count on a pharmacy member calling me to ask if I want refills.
Shawna is absolutely amazing! Anytime I am having trouble getting a med refill (or any other problem), I can speak with her and she gets right on it and solves the problem. She’s always so kind and patient with me — I just can’t praise her enough!
I generally go through the drive-​thru (Shawna always makes a point to come to the window and wave if she sees me), but I do go into the store every now and then. The store is always clean and well-​stocked. Employees are always helpful when you just can’t seem to find what your looking for.
The pharmacists are caring and knowledgeable. I am never treated as «just a number.»
I sincerely hope they give every customer a 5 star experience here at this CVS and not just me b/​c I’ve been coming here forever and they know me.
