Concourse Cafe

Normally we have a good experience at Concourse Café. Our office orders breakfast and lunch from time to time. Today, however, I placed an order online for lunch delivery which was confirmed through their online payment system and the charge was pending to my account. I waited for about an hour before I called to check on it, to which the owner informed me that they were not doing deliveries (odd because they had delivered to my office for breakfast hours before) because they were overwhelmed with catering this week and his sons worked at Publix so he was short handed. Well, sir, why would your online system accept my order and charge my account if you weren’t accepting orders for delivery? Furthermore, why wouldn’t you call me to let me know so that I wasn’t waiting for my lunch that was never going to arrive? But don’t worry folks, next week he will be good to go for deliveries again and will «make it up to me». Sorry, but don’t expect and order from me again next week or ever.

We love this little café and all of the employees who work here. The sandwiches, soups, and salads are always top quality, reasonably priced, and generously portioned. Service is fast and friendly. I hae been ordering lunch from here about once a week for well over a year and have not yet once been even slightly disappointed. Our favoirts include the Manhattan panini, the turkey rueben and the chicken salad wrap. Breakfast is amazing as well.

Nice café hidden in the Southpoint area. I love their turkey club. Their staff is really attentive and friendly.
