Now open 7 days a week. This is a nice little Springfield spot where you can support locally owned business(they’re about to celebrate their 4-year anniversary already) and enjoy some of the tastiest ice cream in town. The homemade ice cream is amazing — banana pudding, oh my! There are always several flavors, and you can opt for cup or cone. Even the Viva Vanilla(which is now sold at Sam’s Club in cartons) is excellent. There’s even a pretzel cone option. And can’t forget about the pretzel bread on the sandwiches. My favorite is the chicken salad tanker — which is their homemade chicken salad(you can choose if you want nuts or not) piled high on a pretzel roll. It comes with your choice of side. Great spot, plenty of seating, lots of natural light, very friendly staff and owners(Pastor Bush is often out front grilling burgers and turkey burgers) and always clean inside. Plenty of parking around back or on the street.

I was disappointed that a restaurant that promotes«financial literacy» and is run by a pastor would charge us more for meals than they should have. It is deceptive and hypocritical. While trying to support a small business we were ripped off. It’s disgusting and we will never go back.

New and trendy lunch/brunch/snack place less than 5 min. from downtown jax. Owner and employees are super nice and friendly and are always welcoming. AMAZING desserts(e.g. mini pecan pie a la mode) although they are a little pricy for the size. I like to eat a ton of desserts though, and they tasted amazing, so I think I’m just craving more. Great fresh lemonade and plenty of seating inside and out. Sandwiches are reasonably priced and tasty. Love their tanker sandwiches on pretzel bread. Highly recommend this place. Please support them so they stick around in Springfield!
