Best kept secret NO MORE! Can’t say enough about this nail salon. Truly professional all the way around. It has been upgraded with all new wonderful massaging chairs and bacteria free whirlpools! Products used are only the best… acetone free nail remover and a new line of NU Skin products (with the deluxe pedicure.) Be sure to go the extra mile with the deluxe! You will enjoy the wax treatment and all that goes with.
The atmosphere of this salon is so inviting and warm as are the owners who provide their expert knowledge and skills to you with more than a smile. The music is so relaxing that I have actually fallen asleep during several visits and have been welcomed to do so. Treat yourself!

This place was wonderful! I found it because it was close to Jax NAS where I was. I am always nervous about trying new nail places because I’m very faithful to my girl Kim at home in Baltimore, but not only was I not disappointed, I was impressed. Welcomed with a smile right off the bat, offered a fan, a beverage, anything to make me comfortable. She did a wonderful job on my pedicure. Attacked my calluses like a true professional, and I’m a runner so that’s no easy feat! Even gave me Nu Skin at no charge because I was a new customer.
They have a smaller color selection than most places I’ve seen but they have all the basics that you need.
Overall I was very pleased with both the service and the job they did. When I find myself in Jacksonville again, I will definitely return.

The couple that owns BT Nails is extremely sweet and it’s never very crowded. Their basic pedicures were great until they got a «new skincare line»…4 coats of lotions/​oils later I walked out of there slipping around in my sandals. I actually had to wash off my legs and feet when I got home.

I adore this place. It’s not fancy and it certainly doesn’t scream «spa» at you, but the people are incredibly friendly and remembered my name after my first visit.
My pedicure lasted for weeks and weeks and they did an amazing job of taking care of my trouble nails.
As for my manicure, I get the gel nails. Other salons have told me they’re too thick, but I quite liked them. They lasted longer as I work a very hands-​on job.
Overall, a great place if you’re just looking for the basics.

I just moved here from California and I was lucky enough to stumble upon this place. Like, literally stumble. I was on my way somewhere and made a wrong turn and decided that I needed my nails done anyway. Everyone here is super sweet! The pricing is VERY reasonable. Yesterday I got a regular pedicure, an acrylic fill with shellac on the top and my eyebrows waxed. The works right? It was only 54 $ for ALL of it. I also bought the VIP package for an annual membership fee of $ 20 and you get 10% off your service every visit for a year, which for me pays for itself in 4 visits. Totally worth it! So it was 49 $ for my service yesterday. I’m used to paying $ 60 and upwards to have all that done in Cali so I was pretty pleased.
The quality is great! I’ve never had someone take as much time on my pedi as the tech for just a basic package. It’s rare for me to settle on the first salon I try, but I will never go anywhere else now. I’ve been in Jacksonville for about two months and everything here lasts me about 3 weeks. Good quality, good service, IN LOVE! Give this place a try :)
