High energy and knows what he is going. Very keyed in to the import of pool chemistry. Have used other services before and although they did clear dirt and debris from the pool the balancing in terms of pH often got neglected. Reliable in terms of weekly service.

I called Blue Water pools to ask if they could do some work on my pool. I told Jeff that I lived in Macclenny & he told me that, unfortunately, he does not come out to Macclenny. However, he still spend about 15 – 20 minutes on the phone discussing the pool issues, what could be done, and approx. how much I could expect to be charged from an honest company doing the work. I really appreciated his time and the fact that he was willing to help me as much as he could given I would not be a potential costumer due to where I live. If I ever move to an area they service, I would not hesitate to use this company!

I called Blue Water Pools & Spas to do some potential work on my parents pool in Jacksonville and had the best customer service experience I could ever imagine. The owner personally came out to check out the situation and was such a professional about asking the right questions to get to the root of the problem. Come to find he was able to figure out that the problem was something we never even considered and wasn’t as bad as we thought. His honesty was well taken and appreciated that we hired his team to do the work and my parents were very happy of the outstanding job they did! I would recommend anyone in the Jacksonville area who has a pool or spa to call this team of experts and let them take care of you like they took care of my parents. I own an investment property in the Jacksonville area of Florida. The property has a nice in ground pool that was not taken care of by the previous owners. It was nothing but the utmost of professionalism from the initial evaluation, to solving my problem and getting my pool back into great working condition. They even alerted me to things that could be potential problems in the future, in return saving me money and protecting my investment.
