I called to get pricing to replace batteries on three watches, he told me $ 10 each when I get there he said $ 15 each… I was sure to mention our phone call and he cut me off and said that I should never call to ask about prices and that he doesn’t conduct business on the phone. So that was kind of annoying and pretty rude. But other than that it took a total of 15 minutes for all three, cash only.

Really nice German owner. Friendly, knowledgable, and fast. He installed a new motor and fixed my clock in a matter of minutes. Great guy!

Rude. Not helpful at all. Like I was interrupting them to be helped. Not sure how they survive.

No plastic cards and that’s the good news. I walked in to this shop today in search of a watch battery. I was greeted by an older foreign man. He quickly looked at my watch and walked towards the back. After a few step he looked up at me and said you don’t need a watch battery. This is some sorts of solar and I don’t do anything with solar. Now I think I would have known if my watch (that I have owned for about 3 years now) was solar. Maybe cause I’m dirty from work or he doesn’t think I have the 10 bucks it gonna cost. Something but it was a quick «I can do that now leave» here’s your watch. I don’t know where you bought this but I can’t do anything. So see ya I did. I went to Wally World and bought «The Battery» that I didn’t need for 6 bucks. And you wonder why some of these Mom n Pop business aren’t staying in business.

I came in on a whim to have my Michael Kors watch battery replaced. There were no other reviews, but it was close by so I took a chance. I’m glad I did! The man running the place was super friendly, and he changed the battery while I ran out to get cash (they don’t take credit cards). I was only gone about 5 minutes and he was done, and all for $ 10. Apparently Michael Kors watches are tricky, but he did it no problem, and it’s working beautifully again. I’ll definitely come back!
