Beginning with the receptionist, then the technician, and lastly the optometrist… All exhibited the utmost in professionalism. Very knowledgeable and so willing to answer all questions. You can not beat the price or the quality.

I’m blind as a bat and just put in my last set of contacts. Looking for a new doctor sucks so I took the recommendation of a few coworkers and checked out this place after making an appointment online.
After doing a huge u-​turn off the bridge I find this place packed inside a huge plaza. Everything is always hidden in a plaza! I walk in and pause. It felt like Walmart. It was packed and it was much nosier then any ophthalmologist/​optometrist office I’ve ever been too. But I was quickly greeted, seated, and given forms to fill as I waited. This was a little strange because I had to fill these same forms online that were suppose to eliminate my wait time.
For an initial visit the tech was extremely thorough and helpful. Another short wait. Then I finally see the doctor. He seemed a little distracted and rushed since I told him I had worn contacts before. I passed on getting my eyes dilated since I was on a lunch break and didn’t want to turn my drive back into a game of bump cars. While the tech was thorough, the doctor’s time felt like a drive through. He was in then out. And I had another short wait with a different tech.
While the last tech was as friendly as the first, she wasn’t knowledgeable to answer my questions about the different contact options that I was given. She could tell me the differences but not which was best suited for my eyes and use. But for the price I couldn’t get to picky. Only have to see them once a year.

If you can’t read this review, you definitely need to go here to get your eyes examined. For $ 70 an eye doctor does your exam (with pupil dilation) and you get 2 frames with standard lenses. I was very satisfied.
The frame selection isn’t Oliver People’s or Alain Mikli but I got some nice frames with a copy of my prescription. Totally worth it.
The staff is extremely nice, friendly and accommodating and mailed my frames to me since I wasn’t from JAX. Major plus!
