I never shop at payless shoe store but brought my daughter for stay safe work shoes. They did not have her size but the employee looked to see what stores in the area had them in stock, called the other closest store to verify that they did indeed have them, asked her to hold them for us, and. gave us a $ 4 coupon. She was also very pleasant (attitude and appearance). We quickly went to the other store (in the Orange Park Mall) and the employee at that store was also very nice and courteous and took care of us within a few moments of walking in. Thanks Payless! Will definitely recommend both locations in the future.
