This doctor’s office was exceptional. I researched the office based on my whereabouts that day and doctor reviews online and this doctor was listed as outstanding. I fully agree with those reviews. There was plenty of staff and the waiting room had just a patient or two, the way it should be with one doctor there that day. The ladies were personable and sympathetic, even searching for a phone charger for me when I forgot mine.
As soon as I walked in, they knew my name and handed me the patient packet. Within five minutes of filling out the form, I was seated in a room where they performed some primary eye testing procedures and gave me drops, with took 10 or 15 minutes total. After the drops took effect, the doctor saw me within five minutes. My entire trip as a new patient, including filling out forms, paying my copay, preliminary tests, and seeing the doctor was about an hour.
The doctor was great, thorough in asking me questions, personable, and listened to me. For me, that is a rarity in a doctor’s office these days. She completed the full physical exam and gave me the choice of having my eyes dilated as well, which I declined since I was driving. I felt comfortable with her response.
