They told me about a «service plan» they offered which meant discounted service calls, plus biannually routine inspections of appliance. Conned me into purchasing plan. They came out and fixed broken appliance. Dec 2014: Broken appliance. Remembering my «service plan,» I called them first. No answer. Voicemail box full. Texted. No response. Next day left message. No call back. Kept calling. No answer. Had to call another company. Since then, 3 weeks have passed. I call them every few days and leave a message. No one has called me back. Ever. I have reported them to the BBB and my credit card company has started a claim against them. DONOTUSETHISSCAMCOMPANY!

The fridge stopped working, called 3 companies, and Aplus was going to be the most responsive. Later in the day seemed to start working so I called them back and cancelled. That same night it stopped again. I called Aplus late in the evening and left a message. Cris called me back first thing in the morning, and committed to come out the same day. He did and fixed the the problem, had the parts necessary on his truck. I would certainly call them again. Good service.

Chris and his team at A+ Service and Repair are dependable, thorough, and reasonable in their rates and service. As a property manager( ) overseeing maintenance issues, I’ve called on A Plus many times, both small and tough jobs. I highly recommend Chris and his service without hesitation. They’ve always done a great job for us!
