One of their employees were very rude from the second we started checking out with her to the point we almost left. I think I’ll stick with Marshalls.

This is a nice Ross located at the beaches with a decent selection of inventory depending when you go.
The staff was not too intrusive when I was shopping yet they were available to help if asked. That’s perfect customer service to me.
The store seemed pretty clean and the clothing racks were neatly organized for easy shopping.
The 2 bathrooms are located in the back near the fitting rooms where the guard or fitting room attendant will buzz you back. They were surprisingly very clean.
Overall, the inventory selection was good during this last visit and sometimes it could be a miss as with any discount department store. And the prices are always reasonable.
