Car Washes

Convenient car wash right on the beach! They have covered vacuum/​shampoo carpet areas, self serve washes and the equipment is always in good working shape. I give it two thumbs up.

Regular coin-​operated car wash with vacuums and a shampooing station. Seems like an odd thing to review, right?
Last night, I went there to get a quick wash before using my car for business this morning. While rinsing, I kept a close eye on the timer. At 1:07, it shut off without warning. Livid, I found a phone number on the door and left an angry message. I assumed this faceless (there are no people there to speak with) business would ignore my message anyway. To my surprise, I got a text at 6am profusely apologizing. A few hours later, I received a phone call from the owner/​manager apologizing and letting me know that they replaced the timer on that particular machine. He also refunded my money, which I definitely didn’t expect.
I’m really quite impressed by how caring and considerate the owner/​manager was.
Definitely go to this one. At least you know that if something goes wrong, they’ll make it right.
