Windrose Inn

My boyfriend and I stayed at the Windrose Inn with 3 other couples for the wedding of one of his fraternity buddies last weekend. After making countless jokes about the house being haunted, we finally settled in, turned on the heat and broke out the wine. We each had our own couples room complete with private bathroom. We enjoyed making breakfast each morning and late night snacks each night in the large kitchen. I only gave 4 stars for the limited amount of hot water for showers and the slight possibility that this place is haunted; although no sightings when we were there ;). Overall, we had a GREAT time and made many new memories last weekend! I would recommend staying at the Windrose to any small group as the experience will be much more unique than a stay in a hotel.

This was my first experience with a B&B but I must say I can’t think of anything bad to say about it. The Innkeeper, Aimee, made us fell as if we were family guests in her house. She attended to anything we needed and cooked us a wonderful breakfast. A wealth of Information about Jackson and other neighboring towns was readily available to us.
The location was absolutely beautiful; felt like I was staying at my grandmother’s house back east (if I had one who lived there, plus without the humidity). Huge, beautiful, room with a country-​vintage feel.
We missed out on the massages they offer the weekend we stayed, but will do so the next time we come back!
