Apparently they don’t take Whataburger as seriously as we do in Texas, or this just isn’t a good Whataburger. Waited a LONG time in a short line. Then when we finally got to order they shorted me a cup. Waited probably ten minutes for three cold burgers with stale buns. Keep in mind I ordered 4. Finally brought me «someone’s «burger, wasn’t mine. They tried three more times before they finally brought me the right burger, then I had to deal with the missing fries. Glad this isn’t my Whataburger.

I came here and had my first Whataburger ever. The burger was really good but I wish they put mayo in the burger instead of mustard. Nonetheless, the ingredients were fresh, the bun was soft and the burger was grilled perfectly. The food was served to us and the server offered us ketchup or spicy ketchup along with other condiments. The servers here were very friendly and some were really happy (as if they enjoyed their job). The place seemed bright and clean. A great first time experience!

The girl that took our order was extremely rude. She didn’t even speak. Our food came out wrong and she reluctantly got it corrected. Worst of all the place was infested with flies and all the tables were filthy. I was so discusted I couldn’t even finish my burger.

Arrived at 9:41. Small line in drive thru, one away from menu. Car pulls up, I pull up. Wait a minute, no response. While I’m waiting, I get hit up by panhandlers, not once, but twice while in the line. Try to get response from order box, no response. I pull up figuring i would order at window. Two cars at window, 14 minute wait. I leave. While leaving, a third panhandler approaches car. It’s almost like I didn’t leave Memphis at all. Left without ever ordering.

Packed house! Everyone very friendly, service fast concidering it was a full house. Food was great. Marcus was awesome. Oh, and the air works, haha it was freezing.

I LOVE Whataburger and don’t miss a chance to eat at one when I go out of town. So, I’m headed to Alabama and this location was perfect for my route right in the middle. On my way in, I ate there around 11:00 and once I ordered I had my food in what felt like less than 3 minutes… amazingly fast and the service was great. Everyone was happy and upbeat. On my way back home 3 days later a little different experience. Food was delivered promptly but wasn’t as good as first visit. Fries weren’t as hot, service not as excited and I didn’t have a visit to my table asking how everything was an asking if I needed additional items which surprised me

We love Whataburger but our experience here was HORRIBLE. Waited at least 10 – 15 minutes for our order (they weren’t even remotely busy), our fries were cold, our burger was missing cheese and we were missing a milkshake. No ketchup brought out when requested and had to go ask again. Of the other few customers present, they all had issues with their orders. Won’t return to this location.

I absolutely love this place. I could eat whataburger every day. This location in particular is always so professional and attentive. My food is always the highest quality and the employees are always so kind and courteous. I highly recommend this whataburger. Go eat here!

If you didn’t know already this is fast food burgers. The thing about fast food is that you expect consistency. The only thing consistent about this what’s burger is their terrible service. The service is slow and makes no effort for you. The quality of food is the same as most other fast food hamburgers, maybe as good as Wendy’s? It’s fast food, you should know what you’re getting into if you come here.

Whataburger is just a simply made burger that tastes great. It comes with mustard, onion, tomato and lettuce. Cheese will cost extra. But something about the burger as it comes is very good to me. Also, the burgers are huge! You will leave stuffed.
I have not seen a Whataburger in Ga., but when I’m in MS or FL, I have to have myself a burger from this place.

For fast food, I love this place! They make a good burger, just about any way you want it. You can (and I do) get grilled onions and grilled jalapenos on your burger, which is next to impossible to find at most other fast food places. The fries are tasty and the portions are large. It is a big awesomeness that they are from Texas too. Aside from being fast food, the only reason they are getting three stars, is that about half the time I come here, the fries, which can be quite good, end up being off in one way or another. They can end up under cooked, soggy, cold, etc. When they are on, though, they are rockin. I’d give them four stars, a fast food rarity for me, if they were just more consistent with their fries.

Never visited a Whataburger before but hit up this one in Jackson. I sped through the drive through and ordered a «Whataburger with cheese, lettuce, ketchup & mustard, and pickles»…It was delicious. A great option for a quick burger in Jackson.
