The service here is so slow Its unbelievable! I have come here a couple times and always have to wait for at LEAST10 minutes. It took them over twenty minutes once to make me one sausage biscuit. It really quits being fast good at that point. Just disappointing

For a fast food joint, the prices are way too high, especially for food that isn’t that great to begin with. Too many employees running around without anything to do for the dining area to be that dirty with only 2 customers in the restaurant. The service was slow, I had to remind them for my drink cups, and my 2 person order came out on two separate trays. If I wanted this kind of experience I would go to Jack In The Box right across the street. At least they have deals and/or have weekly specials.

So disappointed. This place is not managed, the workers BS more than they work. I have been 5 times now thinking it will get better but no it’s just poor service, poor management, poor food. They never get my order right, today my super star came with hot sauce… WTF when did a SS come with hot sauce. Hello, you can’ follow a colorful photo chart on how assemble a SS hamburger… Dummy. Please prove me wrong and get some pride in yourself and your work cooks. CJ Management I’m not looking for free products so do not offer, just put some effort into your work, employees and the product you offer.

I have been here several times since they opened up here in Jackson. The food is usually pretty good for fast food, but the service is slow and I think out of the 8 or 9 times I have been there, they have only gotten one of my orders correct. So if you go to their drive through, be sure to double check your bag before you leave. It’s almost ridiculous how many orders they have gotten wrong. I don’t go there as often now because it’s such a pain to have to check and double-check my order, but I went the other day because I like the Green Burrito taco salad and I thought, «How can they mess up a taco salad with a side of guacamole?» Well, got the taco salad, was charged for the guacamole, but when I got home guess what? Yup… no guac. So bottom line, good food, but check your order carefully.

Ate here for lunch today, I had the fish tacos. Service was slow, and the tacos were lukewarm as though they had sat for awhile(longer than the 15 minutes I waited in line). The tortilla stuck to the wrapper, tearing it and causing the filling to fall out. As battered fish tacos go, I give these a 2, maybe a 3 if they were fresh. The staff was busy, but friendly.

Carl’s Jr is my favorite fast food in town. I can always count on fast, polite, efficient service. The salads are cold, burgers and fries hot. Drive thru, take out or sit down they always get it right.

This is a brand new Carl’s Jr. and as is always the case with new eateries here, it’s mobbed, but we were able to get in today a little before lunch time with no wait. I guess if we have to have another fast food chain in Amador County, this is the one we’d prefer, though it seems a little strange that they’d park themselves right next to a Jack’s, which is across the street from McDonalds. They do have a pretty great 1⁄3 lb. burger option and if you’re a real glutton for punishment, a half pound burger. I’m glad they have the green burrito options too, for variety. I think they’ll do fine here, if they lose the country western music, which we can’t stand. It’s insulting, really, as I’ve never heard it in any other Carl’s, though admittedly I’ve been to just a few. If they keep it on, I’ll have to deduct a star and just go to the drive-through.
