Stayed here with my family last night. We had a suite, which was very nice. We enjoyed the indoor pool, the game room, and the in room popcorn. The place is very spacious and clean. The staff that we interacted with were friendly and accommodating. Here are ways that they could improve: The blankets are not warm and the rooms are somewhat cold, so I felt cold at night. The shower got comfortably warm, but never hot. I could hear the elevator mechanism and other people using water from our bed. The breakfast was nice, but the bacon was burned to a crisp and the potatoes were soggy. Would stay there again.

Very nice, new, comfortable hotel with excellent amenities. All of the staff were friendly and went out of their way to be helpful. This will be out go-to hotel on future visits to the area.

I am giving the hotel a bad rating because they have made the choice to lock the thermostats to the temperature range of 68–75 °F. Unfortunately with the damp, dreary NW weather and the units installed in the rooms you can NEVER get the room to a comfortable temperature level. I will NOT wear sweaters, use throw blankets, or adding blankets to a bed to be comfortable in a room I am PAYING for. I have asked now TWICE, in two stays to have it fixed and NOTHING has happened. I need the kitchen and there are no other hotels in the area to accommodate this need. I guess I will have to force it under the ADA(Americans with Disabilities Act) for accommodations since they appear unwilling to fix this issue internally. I have yet to hear back from the Hilton Honor Customer Care on the subject. I do not want points for the inconvenience, I want a FIX.

It’s brand new so it can’t be that bad. It’s nicely designed and decorated. Check in staff was great. Room is beautiful and well equipped. The television stations sort of blow though. Direct TV always blows in hotels. This package seems to be the bare minimum. The GMs gathering was very chinsee… salad, soup and cheese cubes. Here’s a major drawback; the climate control in the room is governed at a low of 68 degrees, that’s not bad but the kicker is that the ceiling fan has one speed«High» and blows like a hurricane. If you shut the fan off the room gets stale and if you leave it on you freeze your arse off. Why wouldn’t they put a 3 way speed on this gorgeous stainless steel fan. What a beautiful place to chince out on a few details. Oh the wifi on the 8th floor is super slow; 1.5mbs download speed… ouch! Got to add the wifi sucks.

We stayed here while getting our place ready after moving out. They were very professional and the whole place is new and clean. We got a suite because of the length of time we would be there. With kids I would highly recommend doing so. The suite itself has a full size refrigerator, stove and anything one would need to cook a meal for themselves if they desired. They have a wonderful salt water indoor pool that was amazing. They also have a great exercise room and offer what they call an evening social time. During this time they offer FREE beer and wine along with what I would easily consider a FREE dinner. Between the free breakfast and what could be a free dinner this place is a great value and honestly I would consider living here temporarily if I was looking for a place in Issaquah especially for one or two people. The beds were great and very comfy. Being a new location all of the linens were very plush and soft. Would I stay here again? Definitely I would highly recommend this place for anyone wanting to spend their time searching for the right place to move to or for an extended stay.

I would of liked to give this hotel a 5 but due to the unprofessional and incompetent staff I can not. Called to make reservations and was told it was easier if I did it online. He didn’t want to bother with me. Made reservations online. Called to verify our reservations 6 hrs before arrival, they did not have them. Spent 20 min on the phone and talked to 2 different people I was asked numerous times if I had the correct hotel, then I was told the website does this all the time. I am a hilton rewards member. The woman on the phone made me give her ALL my info over again. When I asked why she could not just pull up my info from my hilton account, she said I am not at that computer? After all this she quotes me a 120.00 more. I asked if the had the room available that I was requeationg – A king. She said yes. I went online and reserved the room. When we arrived my hubby went to check in, 15 min later he comes out saying they do not know if they have a room ready. The clerk stated that the cleaning crew went home and no rooms were clean. Is this our problem? We waited, she finally found one. Hotel was dead, just. no clean rooms. The room was awesome. Unfortunately it was not totally clean. Bathroom floor had mud on it and microwave was filthy. We did not even bother to call down and let them know. We were tired after a 10 hr drive. Seems like this hotel has limited staff for cleaning. They do little house cleaning during the week and nothing on weekends. Loved the evening social. I was suprised that they did allow people from the near by Hilton to attend this. The staff at the breakfast kept things clean and full. Room was quiet and comfortable. Nice laundry area and gym.

A bit overdue for a review! Very nice hotel for a great price! Stayed here for a weekend about 2 weeks ago for my best friend’s wedding at Snoqualmie Falls. I remember walking in thinking that the place looked really nice and the room smelled new. Come to find out, the hotel had only been open 3 days before we checked in, so it was in fact very new! How cool to think we were the first ones ton occupy that particular room! Huge california king bed and it had to be the comfiest bed I have ever slept in in my entire life. Kitchen area with stove, microwave, and full sized refrigerator. I loved the bathroom mirror lighting! It was absolutely wonderful and the suite felt very homey. The complimentary breakfast was VERY good. except the gravy for the biscuits and gravy tasted burnt, but so many different choices and tasty too! Kind of a weird location, but it is definitely needed because there aren’t too many hotels around. Would definitely recommend staying here and would love to stay here again.

Brand new construction is always nice! The rooms are spacious with all the decent amenities. The free breakfast is not that great and the staff members are also not very friendly or helpful.

A great extended stay hotel. Brand new August 3015. Vary nice facility. Fantastic kitchens in each unit. Complimentary happy hour 5 to 7PM with a light dinner item that changes daily Monday through Thursday. The Potato soup was fantastic but the chicken stir fry was poor. Skip it. The tossed salad toppings included feta cheese, I nice touch. The free wi-fi is quite slow, around 1 MByte/second. There is an upgrade for those with the right credentials. Consider getting a room on the south side if you want a view of the trees, the north side to see an urban environment. All the rooms are quite.
