this place is probably one of the worst! i guess it’s a sports bar for a reason, the food is tasteless and gross, so beign that it is a sports bar once you start drinking and get wasted you never know what the hell you are eating? so i guess it caters well to the drunk sports enthusiast… well i guess thats why its best that it stays as a sports bar, the service was slow, our drinks took an eternity to get refilled, table was dirty and greasy, and the smell was horrible like someone threw up or spilt liquor and they just never cleaned it up, was a sour smell waitress seemed confused and disorganized overall a negative experience all around… would be my last time i step foot in there.

This is the only nearby restaurant for wings to my apartment where I have been multiple times: love their spicy sauces like Blazing, Mango habernero and teriyaki. They have lots of collection of beers. Good place to visit for watching sports and chilling out.

If you are craving wings/burger go to Linden location. Or better yet, Miller’s Ale House in Woodbridge.

Love Buffalo Wild Wings. This location is pretty large, I’ve never had a long wait for a table or for my food. Not sure what other people are talking about: re: messed up orders, overwhelming bad smell, etc. never had any issues and there is no overwhelming smell!

I love buffalo wild wings and have dealt with the long delays, which I don’t mind because it’s always packed. The wings are large and delicious every time. HOWEVER: I got takeout from here for the first time and had an awful experience. I drove about 20 minutes to this location to order wings for my family and waited a half hour there for my wings. Fine. I get home and I was short 18 wings. 18WINGS. I call them and after being on hold for 10 minutes, I make the 20 minute drive back and pick up two boxes, a small one supposedly containing 6 wings, and another containing 12 which was much larger. After I arrived home, the small box contained 6, as expected, and the large box only contained 9 wings instead of 12. I was so disappointed I took my L and vowed to never visit this place again to save the headache.

The strong stench of urine,(im guessing from the carpets) will have you loose your appetite. I thought this was an eating establishment, not a litter box. Call Stanley steamers or please use some bleach. Anyway besides the stench, food is good. This is the biggest bww ive been too. About 25 tvs so you can watch anything.

This is by far the worst experience I’ve had at BWW. I called in the order and one of the employees had said the wait time was 30 – 40 minutes. Since it was $.60 wing night we didn’t mind the wait. I got there and found out that Amanda, who took my order, did not enter it into the POS. Rather, she wrote it onto a napkin because she was in the back. That was strike 1. Amanda was apologetic, but she could have at least offered a discount or some free wings. She called her manager to the front in order to expedite the order. No apology from the manager. Rather, she looked like I was inconveniencing her. Strike 2. I ended up waiting close to 20 – 25 mins for the order they messed up on. How was that wait that much different from the original 30 – 40 mins? Strike 3. When my order finally came out Amanda went through the order with me. On one of my orders I was missing a couple of wings. I pointed this out and all I got was another«sorry.» What does someone need to do to get a discount or free wings?! Food poisoning? That was strike 4. This location needs some training in customer service because what I experienced was unacceptable!

Lemon Pepper wings– nah. Hot wings were amazing. Thai curry wings were probably the best kind I’ve had here. Caribbean jerk chicken wings were wack af. Our waitress Sadiva was among the best waitresses we’ve had. The new Jameson Caskmates Whiskey was also wack af. They shall be getting a review of their own in a matter of minutes. I gave it three stars because $ 64 bucks seems like a lot for two Jameson’s and 16 wings. All in all, I am content with my experience here.

The food was great but the service wasn’t, the manager was rude even though the server was nice. I usually have a good time at Buffalo Wild Wings but I didn’t appreciate the managers tone at this location when I had an issue with something.

We got seated pretty quickly but when we got seated it took us to call someone to get us a waiter. The manager came over some guy and got our drinks orders and never came at all after waiting another 20 mins for a server. FINALLY, a server came over who was really nice and cute! Our Lemon Drops came and them shits was good as hell, next time that is what I want for real BWW!!! Anyways the food came out good cant complain at all on that. The lady manager who came in was so nice she came to check on us, we really couldn’t complain because her employee made us so happy at the ended of the night. But the guy manager he needs to go!

While my boyfriend and I have always been a fan of BWW, today topped it. We had an excellent waitress, Amanda B, who went above and beyond to make our Sunday football lunch excellent. Amanda took our picky wing order(all flats, extra crispy, extra salt and vinegar) and the food came out great. She recommend a delicious dessert of cheesecake bites(which we usually never order dessert from a restaurant… Ever!) with a side of ice cream and carmel sauce… Heaven in my mouth! It was a great choice. She was attentive, informative, and friendly. I hope to have her as my server again next time I return!

Good service here for the Penn State game and it was a nice crowd but the music is too loud so you can’t rally hear the game. They advertise for games but then you can’t hear? Anyway, the food is awsome and the servers are even better.

We always get takeout from here because we enjoy eating at home but once in a while it’s nice going out. The wings are great either way. Unfortunately the last two times we dined in, the experience was not good. They completely messed up our order the first time giving me everything I asked them not to include. The second time it took over 10 minutes for someone to come to the table just to get drinks. Then it took them over a half hour to bring out our food. If I wasn’t extremely hungry I would have left. I don’t usually complain bc I understand that it’s stressful. If it was really busy or if there weren’t enough staff I would understand. Neither of those was the case so I’m extremely disappointed in the service. If you don’t mind waiting a long time, the food is good.

It was empty and the service was still slow. My waiter Anthony, never refilled my drink and barely gave me a chance to chew my food before he asked 3 times if it was okay. Food was good though and reasonably priced.

This Buffalo Wild Wings was the first branch of the franchise I had ever been to. The chain seems to have exploded recently with two branches opening within 20 minutes drive of my home in Elizabeth. Like the branch in Linden this restaurant features tons of screens showing sports and sports related talk shows and a full bar with some restaurant seating. It’s really quite the sensory overload if you don’t hang out in bars. I went to this restaurant the first month it was open, and you’d think there would be a ton of kinks to still work out in terms of food and service, but no. The staff had their act together like the place had been open for years. The food came out quickly and was hot and fresh. My drink was refreshed often without me even having to ask and everyone was super pleasant. I had the boneless wings with the Parmesan garlic sauce and it was really tasty. It seems unfashionable to actually enjoy something in a chain gastropub, but in all honestly I would totally order the dish again. I also had a turkey burger which was still most when served(you’d be surprised how often restaurants dry them out). I was really happy with my experience at this branch and look forward to going back in the future.

First thing, our server Kaia was great! First time here and walked us thru everything. Front and back of menu, and gave us sauces to taste. We came here today, Friday during lunch time. It was pretty empty when we got here and it got busy even we left. We ordered the basic, medium traditional wings and the nacho app with chicken. The nacho with chicken app came with ground beef and chicken pieces? Lol I thought it would be a shredded chicken minus the ground beef. But ok. Meat was scarce still with 2 different meats. Like a scoop of meat and a scoop of chicken. Chicken wings are good. Medium was hot and had a tang to it. But it’s like they put the sauce on it and didn’t mix it around, as some pieces had all the sauce and some had none. Food is OK, the stars go to our server Kaia for being attentive and awesome!

Re review for second visit. Slow service. Cold overpriced food. 2x normal price for my widely available Irish Stout. The double burger patties were 2 ounce, gross, dry pucks of cardboard topped with about 1 ounce of nasty cafeteria prime rib and an onion ring that was soggy from the grease and steam. All for the reasonable price of $ 12. The wing sauce that I ordered on the side for my fries came just in time for the check. No return. No way. Total bill for 2 with 2 burgers and 2 beers…$ 65 bucks.

This place was super tasty and super fun! Waitress was real nice to us. She had some recommendations but the queso dip was on point and we ordered 5 different flavored wings– asia zing, honey bbq, teriyaki, cajun, chipotle rub, and medium. My boyfriend wore a birthday crown and they sang happy birthday to him even though they knee it wasn’t hid birthday. They had fun with it and made us laugh. Overall great time :) will be coming back.

We showed up to watch WVU and at first the bartender explained they couldn’t put on the game because it wasn’t on one of their«pre-programmed» channels. Poor thing didn’t understand you could just change the channel for one of the TVs. We politely asked for the manager, who put on our game in 5 seconds flat, so we won’t hold her naïveté against this establishment. Wings were excellent as usual(thai curry and mango habernera are my favorites) and the place was packed on a Saturday afternoon with college football fans, some baseball fans, and some soccer fans. It was a great mix of people, the place was lively, but not obnoxious, and we enjoyed sitting at the bar and watching our team play. I love that a BW3 has opened closer to us, and I am excited to go back!
