The food is great and the service has been equally great. I have come here once a week for breakfast with work friends for years and frequent Michael’s with my family for lunch and dinner. We are treated excellently each time we come and each waitress we have had over the years has been the best with few exceptions. I can’t see how you could go wrong here. Of course I have my favorite foods but have tested my share of different selections. I recommend their burgers, onion rings, the steak sandwich, pastrami sandwich and breakfast of any kind. They’re breakfast burrito is very popular! I say, don’t take my word for it, try Michael’s Super Burger and see for yourself.

Food is consistent, sometimes the cooks don’t read the order ticket and put stuff on the burgers you don’t want. When they make the way you order it It’s a good value for the price

Couldn’t believe I found a hair in the carne asana burrito. Other burrito I had way too much cheese. I will no longer be going back to this this place.

I ordered a double bacon cheeseburger and a bacon cheeseburger, the bacon cheeseburger was missing the bacon, tomatoes, and pickles. The double was just missing the pickles. I live too far to drive back and complain so I just ate it. Whatever.

I love this place! I’ve been coming here for years. It never disappoints. The drive-through is kind of weird but the food is always good.

Service is lousy, food is average at best. Overpriced for what you get. I really didn’t appreciate being charged .75 for ranch dressing after spending over $ 30. There are better options for food in the area

I have been coming here for years… Sometimes the new girls wanna get dumb, but for the most part I tolerate it… Was there Friday evening and spent $ 45.00… When I asked for ranch, this girl is like«they are .75 cents each… And I’m looking at her like R U FUKNSERIOUS? Spending $ 45.00 doesn’t even get me at least one free ranch? Bet she was new… Regardless, I was not a happy camper and will NOT be going bk!

Your average mum and pop burger joint. Their food is good though. Pricing is okay, like I said nothing out of the ordinary for this place. Last visit I ordered Bacon Cheeseburger w/fries and Asada Nachos. Burgers are always good but the nachos had the ‘nacho cheese’ which i’m not really a fan of. The drive through is kind of weird and the inside is really old school. Looked very clean though! If you looking for a home made style burger this is a good place to eat:)

The new waitress, Monica, is heaven sent. I come here for breakfast almost every week and she knows exactly what I want and how I like it. Do yourself a favor and eat at Michael’s.

This place is great! I don’t really eat much fast food, except for a few places and this is at the top of the list! Personally, I stay away from the Mexican food. It’s seriously whitewashed and weird every time I try something from that menu. But, the American food is really the best fast food you can get. I love the Jr. Cheeseburger. So delicious, cheap, and totally filling. Maybe not filling for a dude, but either way, all their burgers are good. The fries are great and addicting. The chili cheese fries are my ultimate addiction and what keep me coming back. So I can really only recommend those items. We always order to go or call and pick up so the service for that has been great for like 20 years. The ladies are always friendly and attentive. Special note: Chili cheese fries with pastrami and avocado is to die for and the best thing in the world after a night of drinking hahaha

Better than casual fast food and cheaper. I actually like valleys burgers as they have a higher quality for the same price. It took them less than a minute to make my burger. You ever see the sponge on episode where Neptune makes tens of thousands of burgers to sponge bobs one? Kind of how I feel. Is too mechanized for my taste, especially since they were much faster than McDonald’s or Burger King. Burger had a bigger bun, but the party was a fourth of it. Chunk of lettuce used outweighed the burger by three to one. Fries were lukewarm and unsalted. For a better deal in Azusa check out valleys or Dino’s burger.

Ordered breakfast for 6. No flavor on anything. Three of us got country fried steak and they all had the same complaint… the gravy was blah… the steak was blah. The eggs weren’t seasoned… the potatoes weren’t seasoned. To top it off the salsa was rancid so we couldn’t even add flavor in that way. We had to call cause it was the batch that everyone is getting inside when they are eating in. Check your salsa before you dump it on your food cause I would have ruined my whole meal if my fiancé didn’t stop me. The workers there are very nice but the food has just become whatever. I rate food more then service at restaurants so that’s why the 1 star review.

One thing I love to do whenever I’m hungry and out of my own town is to find some old-school hole in the wall to eat at. I’m not a fast food guy, and I usually find some of the best spots whenever I decide to take a chance. The yellow sign out in front of this spot, coupled with their overall aesthetic, perfectly fit the bill. They have a really big menu here. So big that I didn’t even bother looking at it, except under the«burger» heading. Went with the bacon cheeseburger, which comes with a side of fries. This is the burger you remember grabbing with your parents on weekend beach trips as a kid. This is the burger you grilled up on some corroded public barbeque full of old briquets. It’s old-school in ever way. It’s like eating nostalgia. For me, anyway. There is absolutely nothing special about this burger — it’s got a slightly charcoal taste, the bun is floppy and formless, the toppings are fresh enough — but that taste and the combination of all of those things I mentioned just…/ work. Perfectly. This is even one of those mega fucking rare occasions where I allow mayo on my burger just because I think it ties all those flavors together.(For the record, I didn’t know they actually put mayo on. If I did, it likely would’ve never made it in.) Ditto on the fries. They’re long, fat and crispy. No seasoning or special preparation. But they are very delicious. I don’t know how any of their other food is, and I likely never will. They make a burger that rocks and that’s enough to keep me coming back whenever I’m in the area.
