Burger King

I’ve been here MANY times and the service is so slow! I have to wait 5 minutes before they even notice me then another 5 to come take my order! So frustrating since I only have a short time. I had been going in the mornings and everything was fine except for a recent experience. I was overcharged (not a huge deal. It happens) however when I came back later that day I showed the manager my bank account (my choice) where it charged me 2x. She said she would need to see a statement to come back. I went back the next day and was still asked to see a statement. I go quite a bit so why would I feel the need to lie? It’s a fast food place where the customer is always right! So even if I was lying I still entitled to my money back. That was extremely rude. It was fixed after they saw I was rightfully frustrated! Sad because it’s close but not worth the headache

Wish I could give lower stars because of the poor customer service. As soon as we walked up, we got an attitude from the lady taking our order. Then we waited and waited for our food. I finally went up and asked and they said they called out our order and we never came up to get it. Seriously. There was only one other customer in the place. I was watching for our food & never saw it come out and did not hear them calling. They really couldn’t figure out who’s food it was? I’d say they are just really lazy. Or just don’t care about customers or their jobs. Is Burger King a horrible company to work for? I don’t know. But the employees sure seem to hate working there. And what’s up with the shake machine ALWAYS being out of order at this location? It’s summer and hot as hell outside! Do the lazy employees just not want to have to clean it if they use it?

So they tried charging me extra when I asked for 9 creamers for my coffee lol some of the managers may be rude. Their playground is always broken.

It’s fast food, so it’s not like a life changing experience or anything like that! LOL. .but it’s nice when your food comes as it should; fresh and yummy! And the guy at the drive-​thru was nice! :) I’ll be going here instead of the one on citrus. Where they serve you burnt food instead. :D

can we rate with negative stars? This Burger King it one of the biggest reasons why I don’t eat at this chain anymore. it’s such a terrible store. I’ve been to several burger kings and it seems that these franchises just don’t hold up the standard and quite frankly they make Burger King look very bad. if you eat here expect bad service, cold food, long wait time, and chances are they won’t get your order correct. if you can help it, go to another location or go to the in-​n-​out down the street.

First off the 1 star I gave is not deserved. Staff never friendly and never understands anything when I place an order. I get up
To the window and they start to take me money and then tell me their ice cream machine doesn’t work. It never works! Ever! They’re food is always cold and tastes a day old. Just never coming back

It’s been a long time since I’ve been to Burger King, but as I passed this one I made a quick turn in to grab a quick bite for lunch.
The outside of the Burger King is a little run down, and the place was empty.
Ordered 2 burgers off the value menu. Staff wasn’t friendly. Food was cold.

Went in for a quick lunch yesterday, got the buffalo chicken strips. Completely indelible — tough and tasted like they have been refried numerous times. Bought 5 strips — not able to eat any of them! Will not return to this location.

i went threw the drive thru and i was on a budget, i had a coupon that was gonna get me a meal for myself and my friend for 10 bucks. when i get to the speaker thing, i told them i was going to use a coupon and they rudely told me to go to the window kuz i didnt know what the coupon was for specificly. and when they put it on there cash register it came up to being $ 14 and some change, it surprised me because it was a 10 dollar coupon so the most i was thinking it will be is about 10 11 bucks. so then i gave them my debit card, and they said we don’t accept any cards… i was shocked because it is BURGER KING!.. so then i wasn’t able to get it beacuse i didnt have cash. so i went to another burger king in Rowland Heights on gale ave. to get the same thing i ordered and the total came out to be $ 10.90… and they also had way better costumer services.

I’ve only been to this location once, but the time I did go the Onion Rings were awesome!!!

Was in the area and didnt have lunch yet, so I saw this and decided to grab some grub. Placed my order at the drive thru, which was a painful as it possibly be, It was like talking to myself. When I placed my order, there was no acknowledgement back from her. I didnt know if she got my order or not.
Drove up to the window, paid — and with the window still open she starts talking about the car behind me with another employee. Not nicely either. With rated R type language. Just horrible service. If you dont like working with customers — or you’re not good with people, you can always go push carts at Walmart.

I’m not really a BK person, but this one was on the way to work. I needed to start the day off with about 900 kcal, so I picked up two Whopper Jr. sandwiches from the new «$ 1 Value Menu». When you’ve engulfed as many McDonald’s Double Cheeseburgers as I have, you need to change.
Breakfast at BK is actually kinda good. The one notable thing is that they don’t have a 10:30 AM cutoff like McDonald’s. If you’re a carnivore, try the Enormous Omelet Sandwich. If you’re a vegetarian, French Toast Sticks also hit the spot.
