What can I say, love Dunkin Donuts and happy they are in town. Prefer much more than the «Krispy» competitors.
Love the coffee as well. The service at this location is fine, especially early in the morning!!!

I stopped in for a late breakfast with my two kids. The service today was really great, much better than my last experience a couple months ago. There was a guy in a black shirt, I’m assuming he was a manager. He offered the kids munchkins while we were ordering, which wasn’t necessary but made them smile. Coffee and breakfast sandwich were good, but the service is what made this visit awesome.

I need a serious mia culpa. Some time back I did not have good things to say about this store. (I had a bad experience but must have caught them on a very bad day.) Because over the last 8 months I have been proven wrong time and time again. This Dunkin Donuts is so good that at although I can get where I’m going faster, I leave earlier and go out of my way to get my energy pick up/latte at this store. I go once or twice a week. The employees are friendly, accommodating and go out of their way in a way that is above and beyond expectations. They don’t have to do what they do. And they’re great! I only have this criticism… the latte machine is down to often. If there’s a problem with it then the owner needs to replace it. And when it is down, I as most people know the difference between regular and decaf coffee.

The coffee is good, don’t get me wrong. When its right. I’ll give you one mess up. 2 maybe. But when I’m a regular here and it suddenly becomes a constant problem… I won’t be back. I used the drive thru on my way to work to get for myself and sometimes coworkers. And I get sometimes the speaker can sound bad. Especially with RT 30 traffic right there. The order was always correct on my receipt but what was handed to me was either the opposite of what I wanted (hot not cold or vice versa) or something totally different. And I’d point this out and yet no one ever offered to make a new drink! Somehow it became my fault! How is it my fault when the receipt in my hand with the current time and date on it is right but what’s handed to me is wrong? I’ll stick with Starbucks or Sheetz where at least if a mistake is made they apologize and fix it.

I stop by this dd all the time since it’s on my way in and out of work. The service has been quick and of course i am a huge fan of their coffee. I think it’s great priced and delicious. They had a sale on their bagged coffee so I picked some up as well. One time, my coffee order was messed up and the lady working the register just made me another one quick with no hassle. If I get her again, I will make sure to get her name and give her much kudos here :)
