Food was great. We love places with black bean dip so that was a welcome surprise. Great service, food was fresh and fast. Our waiter was telling us about drink specials every day and some food specials too during the week. Will definitely be back!

Enchiladas are the pinnacle of Tex-​Mex IMO, so I always go that route when I’m at a new TM joint. Tio Carlos’ didn’t disappoint.
I really like Pappasito’s (yeah yeah the chain) enchiladas and these are right on par. The difference, is you’ll spend about $ 6 less at TC’s vs Pappa’s.
Hasta Luego Tio Carlos. Me encanta tu enchiladas.

Awesome food, the place was clean, and the device was decent. Highly recommend. I got the Chile rellano and my wife got the shrimp cocktail. It tasted good, and the queso with briskit melts in your mouth.

My wife and I went to this place for the first time tonight. She ordered the brisket tacos and said they were really good. I tried them and have to concur. I had cheese and beef enchiladas. They too were really good.
The waiter we had was excellent and very attentive to our table. He was very knowledgeable as well and knew the menu front to back.
We had mango margaritas. They were good, just a tad to sweet.
Overall this was a really good experience and we will go back.

We were looking to avoid rush hour traffic and got lucky tonight. Parking lot was crowded which we thought a good sign. It was. We ordered brisket tacos and burrito. White cheese sauce on burrito was sublime. The manager was attentive and waiter personable. Margaritas during happy hour a well spent $ 5. Outdoor patio would have been nice on a cooler evening. We’d go back if in the area again. Not a fancy place but good food and nice people.

I would write my review saying that never in my entire life i felt mistreated by a restaurant, I took my family there for a family reunion, and the staff was visibly altered because my request for a drink menu, which is under my opinion a natural request, well the waiter could respond questions about drinks… really? and then he lies to me… so, to make everything easy I just ordered margaritas… he brings me a margarita in a regular water glass! bitter and watery… but i decided do not complaint because my family was there… very poor quality food, chips fried in old oil… horrendous salsa made from a can… and the plates honestly disgusting… i will not recommend that place…0 customer service 0 quality on ingredients but the most incredible of all, was they charged me an automatic check 25% tip… really? please do not go there they are thieves!!!

This place is amazing and conveniently located. Their quesadillas and nachos are great the meat is well seasoned. I’m always looking for other great restaurants but I end up coming here because of its consistency. When they first open they started serving bean dip but I haven’t seen it since that’s the only drawback. If you looking for great quick service to go or dine in this is the place.

This place is FANTASTIC! They had such a variety of meat and sauce selections! I got a combo enchilada plate; one chicken, one brisket, one avocado all with a white sauce. The chicken one was a bit over cooked, but the brisket and the avocado were some of the best I’ve ever had! Would recommend any day and will definitely be a regular here!

From a former restaurant operator, this place has an excellent vibe. From the laid back service (still funny and entertaining) to the great guest interactions with the team members. They understand… «If your sole focus is on the experience of the guest, and nothing more, than only great things will happen as a result!»

My office building recently started providing a food delivery service and this is my second time ordering from this place. The food is great and has a delicious taste. This has got to be one of my favorite tex-​mex restaurant in the metroplex. I get the chicken enchiladas, it comes with chips and salsa as well for a reasonable price.

We came here for lunch. The blanco queso is fantastic with their chips that are fresh and thin. The taco salad is really good here. I split it with another person and we got the combo chicken/​beef. I really liked the beef as it was flavored great. The street tacos here are really good. The beef ones were flavored really well. The pastor actually comes with pineapple and it was good. I like the beef tacos better though. You can order these a la carte for $ 2 each.
Service:
First time we came, we had excellent service. Second time we came, service wasn’t great. It took a while for someone to even take our drink order. Felt like 15 mins and they weren’t that busy.

The food was great. Some good Salvadoran dishes. (pupusas!)
The owner Carlos was there and very nice. He came around to the tables and asked how we were doing.
I like that he accepts canned food for Irving cares! That was an awesome thing to see at the front.

Thanks to Unilocal,I found this restaurant and decided to check it out. The service was really good as we probably had the entire staff check on us every 3 minutes it seemed like. They serve chips and salsa along with a black bean dip. The salsa had a nice kick to it, and the black bean dip was great. We ordered a small blanco queso to try it out, and it was amazing!!! They have a huge menu and offer a variety of options. We decided to split the taco salad with a combo of beef and chicken. The salad is a huge portion, so it can definitely be split betwen 2 people at least.
Prices were average. I’ll definitely go back!

Ordered the green chicken enchiladas for lunch through #Foodsby and they were delish! It came with chips and homemade salsa. It wasn’t too spicy and the chips were the thin, crispy kind that are my favorite. I will definitely order from here again.

Chips, salsa & bean dip were delicious! Nice @ spicy! Margaritas on the rocks (Top shelf) excellent. I ordered the Huevos con Chorizo (breakfast served all day). My husband had the cheese enchiladas, which I tried too. Absolutely delicious! Will definitely be a returning customer! Ask for Rosa for your waitress if possible. All staff is very friendly but she goes above & beyond to make sure you’re happy and satisfied!

My husband and I have been looking for a good Mexican place around the area, and haven’t really found one we could both agree on, until now!
The salsa, bean dip, and queso are SO good, I could totally eat just that and be happy!
