This place is great! The food is really down to earth and authentic and the drinks are so good. I came because I had a gift certificate but I will be back again and again!

Been to this place a couple of times and i love the vibe. Ended up one Friday night where they had this Hispanic lady singing songs in Spanish… i didnt understand anything but was fun to watch. The servers are friendly and the price of food and drink is quite reasonable. Definitely going back again.

Ive been twice so far, and both times i wondered how it took me so long to try it out. Ive been with friends both times, they ordered a variety of beautiful food, burritos, street tacos and taco salad. But both times i ordered the ceveche. Let me say two things about this dish. One, never had ceveche anywhere else. Two, it was possible i am eating it wrong, lol. Came with chips. I ate it with a spoon! It is the perfect marriage of tangy fresh lime juice, perfectly firm tilapia, creamy avocado, onions and tomato. If you like well cooked octopus, this is what the texture of the fish was like! SUBLIME! It needed nothing. It was one of the most wonderful dishes ive had. As a side note, we went in once at lunch and once at dinner. The dinner trip was accompanied with music and a delightful DJ. He had a thick accent and kept apologizing to us gringos (my words, not his) for his bad English. We thought he spoke great English and was very entertaing and polite. Wonderful spot, i highly recommend!

Ate at Rey’s today. The empanada was filled with brisket and potato. Definitely made fresh and it was delicious. We also ordered the brisket chimichanga, which was huge, and the street tacos. The salsa was very good. Only thing kind of negative is the ranchera sauce was a little salty. The table next to us had quesadillas and they looked good too.

I went on a Friday nite for dancing. One waitress took our order, but never brought my drink! I waited for about 20 minutes. I had to get up and hunt the waitress down. She forgot! The drink was NOT worth the wait. The bloody mary tasted sour and watered down. I was hoping for better service and drinks.

I love it here. From the food to the drinks and even the staff. Very friendly. I love their chicken quesadilla and at nights it turns into a bar/​club.

First of all, I did like the chips and salsa. The chips were a little different, I think maybe tortilla chips that had been baked instead of fried? They tasted a little like pita chips. I tried one of their specialties which the waitress listed as «if you like spicy» recommendation. It was the meatballs in chipotle sauce (albóndiga en salsa de chipotle). Despite the recommendation, this was not at all spicy. Very disappointing.
In addition, one person in our group was vegetarian and this completely blew their minds. There was no spinach enchiladas, no veggie, fajitas, and no veggie option of any kind apart from plain quesadillas. My friend did not want just tortilla and cheese. Finally, my friend asked if they could just make tacos without the meat. So just veggies on a tortilla.
Her dish came out about 10 minutes after everyone else’s food. When we asked about her food after everyone else had theirs the waitress said, «Sorry, our kitchen isn’t used to making anything like that.»
I will probably go back to see how the dancing is there (we went at lunch), but I wouldn’t recommend it based on the food and I would recommend against it if there is a vegetarian in your group.

Delicious. Authentic. Friendly. The food does take a little bit to come out but the staff is friendly and food is made to order. Everything is worth it. Plus after hours it turns into a dance hall!
