Why am I giving them one review? Aah because they have monopoly and they are brutally forcing against consumer. My case, they scheduled installation and they rescheduled without acknowledging me. They wasted my entire weekend with no proper answer. Their representatives did only was disconnecting me from their calls. I was dropped 3 times for raising and asking them to make sure it gets scheduled on the same day without fail. The only reason they has was«user has changed mind» yes they are true I never wanted their service but because they are the only service provider I didn’t have any choice. So I can not change my mind and I never said them this(off course). And now the option I have is to wait for one week for them again.(because they thought I changed my mind) but they have plan B, I will be responsible for my installation and I will have to do it. In turn they are going to give me discount for wasting my time. I am unhappy I’m disappointed I will move to another service as soon as they are available I will tell people why not to go for time warner I will make sure at least 10 customers sees what I have experienced I am looking to file consumer complaint to show them how much I am disappointed when their representatives were disconnecting my phone (Now instead of resolving issue they will ask for more details and ask us to call them to solve, it’s too late now please don’t contact me or this time I will drop call)

Day 4… still no service. Techie showed up, muttered about having to come back later… never returned. This is ridiculous. I am not sure how they get away with this. Co-workers have similar horror stories.

If I could, I would give it no stars. It’s a shame to be so bad. I am retired and only receive a check once a month and have asked them repeatedly to change my due date so that I can pay in a timely manner. They absolutely refuse and tack on late charges every month. As soon as I can, I am getting rid of them and will NEVER use them again!!!

Awful company. Told me it would take 2 weeks for a rep to come out and set up the internet service when there was already a line available. Had to call back a few times(4) until I got someone smart enough to turn it on remotely. They do this BS because they can charge for a service installer but the remote ones are free. So I get my service, everything works fine(from the remote install), get my first bill and the price somehow magically jumped up from what I signed up for and I need a deposit all of a sudden. So I get to spend a few more hours trying to navigate through the help desk until I get to a manager that realizes that yes, the promotion I signed up for is still going on and there was never a deposit in the first place. It is unbelievably irritating to have to use a cable service that tries to charge you extra as soon as you sign up because they know that they have a monopoly and they can make so much extra money from people not willing to spend hours on the phone trying to correct their«mistakes». If you are blessed enough to have an option, go with someone else instead.
