Who reviews a Subway on Unilocal, right? Firstly, this place has two complete operating food counters, so they can get you your sub or salad twice as fast: which is great, because this place is packed during lunch time. If you’re eating in, your subs are served in a little plastic basket, and you get a small, little chocolate chip cookie on the side. It’s an incredibly small thing, but it’s a nice change of pace from wrapped up and stuffed in a bag. Staff is friendly and outgoing, and several of the workers are bilingual in English and Spanish.

This is the closest Subway to me and I have never had a good experience. The employees are rude and not helpful. They sit in the dining room and talk while customers are coming in. This subway is always«OUT» of egg, meat, veggie, bread, cookies, etc. Tonight an employee told my husband they didn’t have egg for his steak and egg footlong. Only because they were closing down. Not because they were«OUT» of the product. This is the type of service you’ll receive if you choose to dine at this Subway. They have no idea what customer service means. If I could choose a no star rating I would.

This is one of my favorite Subway sand which places. They have a set up where two lines are formed so they speed the time in helping customers during the lunch rush. Even when they are packed, you get your meal in a reasonable amount of time. It’s also one of the cleaner and more organized if the Subway places I’ve been throughout the DFW metroplex. Kudos to this location.

Busy place! You enter and get into one of two lines. I went left… Friendly counter staff. I ordered a flatbread pulled pork. Just seemed like the tight thing to do. The counter gal even suggested I get the extra step of toasting it because in her opinion it tasted better. I appreciated her advise as she was correct! Not sure what else to say. Busy place. Be patient. Enjoy your sandwich/wrap!

I understand the other reviews for this Subway. When I walked in there was a motley crew of young employees who looked like they didn’t give a rat’s ay as as about the place or the customers walking in. They ignored everyone and acted like they were in high school. My general opinion is I like subway, because it’s like cereal… going back to a basic easy to assemble food that you scarfed down in the morning walking to your 8:30 class in college… as if cereal was a real meal. The sub is the quintessential experience of lunch. This particular Subway, two guys behind the counter declared a «sub off» which is to try to assemble the subway the quickest and the best. It came out rough, but overall decent and the employees made it fun. They were polite and good humored. I wouldn’t exactly come back here, but the service that day was very good from these two guys.

Its just like any subway. This one is close to my job, so I’ll hit it up every so often. Clean facility too.

I used to love this Subway for lunch. The freshest bread and good people behind the counter. Its a popular lunch spot to be ready to stand in line for a few minutes. The last few times that Ive been here have been disappointing. The crew doesn’t listen and just do their own thing… toasting subs when it was not asked for, adding some toppings which weren’t asked for and leaving out others, leaving out dressings and the worst. poorly assembled subs which are horribly messy to eat. This subway used to be fantastic but not right now.
