Horrible customer service. Two lines open, then someone comes in to return an item and the return takes priority over the paying customer line. How messed up is that? WOW!!!

Personally I don’t mind shopping at Ross for it has good prices. However this one in particular is not taken cared of. What I mean by this is that the clothes is all on the floor so it is very hard to move a cart in the aisles without having clothes getting stuck in the wheels. The wait is another story. TERRIBLE. I probably waited 30 minutes at the least. I don’t understand why there is only two cashiers checking people out. I went on a Friday afternoon when it is typically full. If this is a constant problem, which I bet it is, there should be more staff around. All in all, I do not recommend shopping at this Ross.

Hey it’s a low cost retail store so you can’t have that great of an expectation. As they say, you get what you pay for. I went on a Saturday afternoon and the checkout line was literally to the back of the store. There were 2 cashiers working and one of them periodically had to help people doing returns so I stood in line 30 minutes just to check out. The deals I got though were great. I’ve visited maybe 6 other Ross stores and the selection of size 12 men’s shoes is normally very little. What I liked about this location was they had plenty in my size. So I’ll go back again.

Horrible Customer Service. The only person I was greeted by was the Security Guard. I spent a total of about 35mins in the store no one ask me was I doing ok, or if I needed any help. But the one thing that topped it off was I was heading to check out when I stopped by the Accessories section real quick, I see this lady walking towards me, I am thinking she is a customer only to see her Ross name tag. I will not use her name but for Ross, the Assoc. number was #205973. She squeezed right by me, didn’t even ask can I help you or hello. I then assumed she was on break. I then head to the check out line and I started looking at the things that you can grab on your way out. I heard the lady(same one by the way who didn’t say anything) yell«Next». I heard but I didn’t move due to I was reading the back of a bag for the calorie count. She then yelled louder«NEXTINLINE». I turned around bc at this point I am embarrassed, I obviously was not ready to check out. I went to the register again, No Hello, how are you, did you find everything you needed. She just looked at me amd kept staring all weird making me feel really uncomfortable. She only bagged one of my items and then I started to pull out my credit card and she had her hand out looking at me, I the customer had to ask what my total was. She then told me $ 22 something, I handed her my card then she goes oh its actually $ 24??? She ran my card, and then yelled for the next person. I had to bag my own second item and pull my own reciept out. I was going to say something to a lady to who seemed to be the Manager but when I was walking out. Eveyone had an ugly facial expression on them, and looked like they didn’t even want to be there and no one even said bye They were all huddled up talking. Review your cameras you will see the time was at 4:32pm on 1÷14÷15. I rather drive further to the other Ross just to avoid this one. It’s not even fully stock at that and dirty. But the most important thing being a Former Retail Manager is the Customer Service. If it sucks you will not succeed. Please have a turn around soon!!!

The security guard in there is RUDE. She’s like a 6 foot 5 and doesn’t seem to like people, like at ALL. My goodness! Aside from that, Ross still get’s two stars because, well, it’s Ross.

I’ve never been a big fan of Ross, the stores seem cluttered and unorganized. I did find some baseball cleats on sale, instead of going online. I didn’t venture over to mens clothing, don’t care to look through fifty shirts to find two I like and one to be the wrong size. I’ll give them credit, you can find watches and select cologne on sale though, and the staff was helpful.

While driving by my friend noticed a Ross and yelled –look it’s a Ross let’s go there! I had never heard of Ross department stores before. To me they are like a Marshall’s dept store and a hit or miss. The prices are very good. I did actually find a pair of shoes and two tops. If I do not come across another Ross during my travels I will not be disappointed.
