I had thali to go for lunch. The food was excellent. The food was homely and fresh. The quantity was also more than sufficient for two. After 2 years in Irving I found one place that server such homely veg food.

The place has fresh authentic Gujarati food. The food is served with lot of love just like at home. Although it is small place, I would say don’t go on appearance. One must try this place for sure if you miss home cooked Gujarati food.

Save your money… don’t go there… expensive thali with fewer items and no quality food. Very Horrible Experience with the Food and the atmosphere inside there. First of all very limited Items in the menu, which it is not a problem however the quality of the food was really bad. The term unlimited that they used to serve the Thali is really just on the menu but not happens actually unless and until you are shameless and ready to stare at their faces to ask for more otherwise they will going to take it for grant that whatever they server is really going to fulfill ones hunger(ridiculous). The quality of the food was 3⁄10. so called home food but not even close to what one could expect. The Thali is so so expensive that literally the items that they server in there does not fulfills ones expectations. $ 11.99/thali– comes with 2 sabji, one papad(lol) and kadi. Better go to some Indian restaurant who servers buffet and you have a lot of variety. If you still want to go and check this place… you are most welcome but going to regret and I am 100% sure about this. I am really surprised to see the reviews those who gave 5 stars… surely those are paid of self made. Very Very disappointed. 2⁄10

Too many of the Indian restaurants in Irving serve dozens of dishes from regions all across India, but all of the dishes are mediocre. Rangoli has a limited menu, but everything I’ve tried is really good. Rather than bland samosas that have spent hours under a heat lamp, Rangoli’s were fresh made and flavorful. I ordered Paneer 65 as «spicy,» and it came out just right — rather than just dump in some hot chilies, the cook added the full range of spices, so it was truly spicy and well-balanced, not just hot. Paratha was flaky, light, and delicious, rather than bland and dense. It is a complete hole-in-the-wall in a pretty awful location. The interior is decorated like what I’m used to seeing in developing countries, not the US. But, the food, and the hospitality of the manager, more than makes up for those shortcomings.

This is a hole in the wall place and is absolutely authentic gujrati food. Thali they give is amazing and is so filling. They give paratas fresh just taken out of pan. Just like home food. Everytime i eat here, i get the feeling am eating at home. Owners are very sweet. They bring paratas every 5 minutes as soon as you finish one. It is unlimited. If you say you are done, he will still ask ‘common son you can have one more’. Its just like your family who wants you to eat well and enjoy the food. I was really pleased the way these guys treated me. As i told before, its a wall in the hole place with no great looks and ambience, but i can assure you would come out of this place satisfied and feeling of having home food back in India. If you are looking for spicy food, this is not the place.

I went with two of my friends and we wanted to taste authentic home Indian food. We had thalis, which were amazing to taste and the owner was nice to take care of everything we needed. Not only that, we had a nice chat with him after we were done eating.

Authentic gujrati food. Love the way they serve you on ‘patra’ dishes and make you feel homely. Small but sweet.
