Papa John’s Pizza

Ordered the meat lovers pizza and was fairly impressed with their delivery time (approx. 30 minutes). Before the delivery guy left I asked if the extra side of garlic sauce and the side of pepperoncinis were in the box. He said he was unsure so I opened it in front of him and realized that they were both missing. He immediately apologized and said he would go back and get the items I paid for, after asking how many I ordered. I told him I ordered an actual SIDE of peppers, referring to the small plastic container I usually get when I order the same item from other locations (includes at least 10 – 15 peppers). Thirty minutes later he delivered ONE pepper in the bottom of a large plastic bag, next to the side of garlic sauce. Really?!

Always had good quality from this location. I’ve never gotten burned pizza from here, but it may be a little more well done than some places. I do wish PJ reasonable menu prices instead of making you use coupons, but they always have a 50% off deal if you look around online.

I wasn’t expecting a lot from papa john’s pizza anyway. My favorite pizza is spinach Alfredo so I thought it would be pretty good at papa johns, but it was far below my expectations. It was just too bland and was lacking in Alfredo sauce

Worst location ever!!! Waited over 45 minutes for my pick up order during my lunch break and they didn’t even apologize

I never order from PJ so decided to try it yesterday. Ordered online and customize each half of the pizza and order cinnamon ties. The pizza was delivered with the entire pizza covered in the same toppings so why bother ordering custom. We opened the cinnamon ties and they were burned to an almost crisp. Called and complained and they gave me a store credit for the amount of the order so I used it tonight and received a burned pizza and no cinnamon ties. They just conveniently left the dessert off the ticket. I will never order again because the service and quality SUCK!

I order from here frequently and they are amazing! They are fast with delivery and the pizzas there are so tasty! Barry McCarry is great with service. He’s very professional and I could tell that he understands what customer service is. If this is your driver be sure to tip him because he strives to serve people with energy and enthusiasm!

I see other bad reviews but I get pizza from here delivered frequently and I’ve always gotten it promptly and very good. Thanks

This location sucks!!! I have tried them several times. They dont bring red pepper. They dont bring special seasoning. They are skimpy on toppings. They gave way too much cheese and no tomato sauce. Every time there has been some issue. I think they are all on meth. Seriously!!! 1 star only because i cant give 0!

We were happy to find a place in the area. However, last two times we ordered here, pizza was burned.

It took over an hour for us to get our pizza and it arrived cold. I never got my confirmation email either from ordering online. We ordered The Works and it barely had any topping on it. Very disappointed with the pizza and service from this location. It was New Year’s Eve so hopefully it was just because they were busy.

I am so impressed! I ordered 12 pizzas last night for a party. I was able to schedule a time to pick them up. When I showed up there was no waiting and everything was ready as promised. Very simple. The people were extremely helpful in providing good suggestions of other things I might also need for the party. Highly recommend!

I was a bit disappointed in this visit. I usually do not order carry-​out but in this case I did. When I arrived it took 15 minutes for me to be able to check out. This consisted of another customer placing an order, an employee wanted to sign out to go home, and another employee having trouble getting signed into the register. One worker gave me my pizza at one point but then put it back under the heater since I was not leaving any time soon. I finally had to ask if I could just pay and go home before anyone showed a sense of urgency. Once I finally got home, my pizza was cold and poorly made. Definitely not the best service, so I will stick to delivery.

It’s good quality Papa John’s pizza you expect but I am knocking off stars because my pizza came out wrong even though I placed the order online and I checked the printed sticker to make sure it wasn’t my mistake. The pie maker read the instructions wrong. It’s ok. It happens. I will be back and hopefully my next order will be perfect.
