Nature’s Glow Salon & Spa

I have been going to this salon for four years and Samjhana always do my full body waxing, eyebrow and facial. She does her job very fast and perfectly. I never had any problem with her. I recommend everybody this salon and ask for Samjhana.

I usually go to the one in Valley ranch, Irving. And also I always get the service done with Sanjana. She’s very good with her work.
But the price that we pay for waxing services is insane. They have hiked up the price so much.
Note: The price was and is really high.

This is the worst salon I’ve came across in Irving, miss samjhan did blunders with my hair, she don’t even know how to cut simple layers cut, all the reviews here are fake. Guys please be careful visiting this salon.

Had very bad experience took keratin complex treatment and when washed after 3 days it came back to normal when showed they promised for a treatment again and they dint .150 bucks gone waste and more than money they should follow some ethics and a least for their business should care for customer satisfaction, not even satisfaction there is absolutely no result after 3 hrs of
very upset and i lost trust am really very excited before the treatment but the way people treated me by saying stories really irritated me. please try to be genuine. Trust and beeing gud to customers is they key for successful business not just leaving them in the middle

I went to this place after reading 5 start reviews on Unilocal.This place a very ordinary with very average service. For me the hygiene level was lowest. I had to use the robe with stains of masks from previous costumer. My beautician didn’t know English, so communication was nil. Service though was not bad, but certainly not worth 5 starts in my view.

i absolutely love this place. Samjhana is the person you want to get your threading and facial from. she know what she is doing. i have a very sensitive skin, i used to get blemishes after threading but Samjhana’s hands are just magic. it is painless when she threads and i don’t get blemishes. if you need a hair cut Kenna does a wonderful job. All in all the staff and the owners know how to take care of their customers. Thats why i am one of their regulars.

GREAT service! Sanjana does a great job! She did the most amazing facial and gave me a wonderful haircut! Both the girls there are very professional and friendly! definitely will go again!

Awesome service. You will be hooked. Great customer service too. Their eyebrow threading and facial services are great. Samjhana is my girl. She does it so perfectly. I bet you will come out relaxed after the facial. Raj and Anisha, owners of the salon they know how to please their customers. Very friendly. Overall I recommend this salon. Try out their fruit facial. Thats my fav.

What a wonderful experience I had yesterday at Nature’s Glow. I had called in earlier in the day not thinking they could fit me in for a hair henna (it has to sit for 2 hours), but they fit both me and my daughter in. Once I arrived, we started musical chairs. Ch’lese (forgive me if the name is spelled wrong) cut my daughter’s hair and another lady, who I believe was Sanjana did a full face threading on me while Ch’lese did a complete and thorough job on my daughter’s hair. I must also add that the threading was a completely different experience than any I have every had. It was not painful — AT ALL. She was so gentle and also took her time. We both had henna applied and were able to chat with the owner as it was already well past closing time.
While I was waiting for the henna to set, a gentlemen and his younger son came in for a haircut. I noticed the boy was pretty wiggly (he was younger, so expected), but Sanjana did a great job handling him. The father was ridiculously picky about his son’s haircut if you ask me, but she just smiled and did everything he requested and was pleased to do it. After the boy was done, the gentleman was getting his hair cut and the boy was running about and broke something on one of the chairs. Nobody scorned him or even frowned (except his dad) and the owner went to his cars and got the tools to fix the chair the child had broken.
I was very impressed with how well everybody there handled the difficult customers and also with the friendly bond everybody seemed to share at the salon. I really enjoyed being there as did my daughter (who is 11). We got to see some Bollywood singers (on TV) which was fun.
My only complaint, and really it isn’t a complaint, just me waiting till the last minute to schedule the appointment, was the henna was nowhere near dry when we left around 9 (a full hour after they closed!). The owner was willing to stay but I declined and we were able to wash our hair out once we got home without any problem. Our hair turned out beautiful and I will definitely be going back. What a great group of people. (Next time I plan on picking up some of their natural products as well).

After my second time visiting I am convinced that I will be a regular here. The place is not over the top ornate, hip, or trendy, but the the stylist care for the clients and the whole place is dripping with great service. Danita is a fantastic stylist that is not afraid to give you a look that is creative, simple, and fun. The price is comparable to other salons but you will not be as satisfied as a cut from here!

First time here after a recommendation from a coworker. Sanjana was the one helping me out with my beauty needs and she was great to work with. She listened to my concerns, analyzed my problem areas and we talked about how to work around fixing them. I’ll definitely be going back to see her.
As for the facilities, it was in a pretty good location, clean, and well lit. The other great perk about the place is the price. It is more than Heena Salon for eyebrow threading, but I didn’t leave with 8 cuts in my brow like I did at Heena’s; so quality is what you’ll pay for at this place. I was told weekends get really busy. I went in on a Monday so Sanjana got to take her time with me, which I greatly appreciated.
With the $ 5 off check in offer, I paid a total of $ 26 with tip for stuff that would’ve normally cost me about $ 45 in Cali– so no complaints here!
