Definitely not the best pakistani biriyani I have had. The chicken makhni was too heavy with cream. Definitely my first and last visit. Not impressed but definitely palatable for western spice levels. I specifically mentioned that they make my order spicy but it seems to have fallen in deaf ears.

The food was excellent … Except for the creepiness of the place, they score big time with the food… Keep up the good work…

I love this place. I recently discovered it while looking for an alternative to Texas King. The $ 2(I think) biryani is really good. Currently obsessed with the chicken boti roll. It is a nice place to sit as well.

Great food for the price! If you’re looking for a 5 star fancy place, keep rollin. This is pretty clean, although mostly empty every time I’ve been here. The food here is so cheap that it’s great for takeout! A lot of Indian/paki places make the food good by drowning it in oil but that’s not the case here. The food isn’t overly spices either, which is great. The sheesh kebab and chicken biryani are the best bang for your buck! The prices and quality of the food is comparable to the stuff you’d get from the restaurants inside the Desi grocery stores. As for the service, sometimes it can be slow to get the food but they’re really nice and will get you what you need.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. I thought I was getting a good deal with the lunch combo but it was a complete waste of money and food was absolutely disgusting. My samosas came in dripping in grease and falling apart. My so called«curry» was watery and ridiculously greasy. The«chunks of meat» were actually chunks of bone. I only received two small pieces of lamb without any bone. The rest were just bones and the curry was soupy and inedible. When I asked for my plate to be discounted since I didn’t eat any of it, I was given a no. Some items in here are fantastic such as the mango lassi drink but stay away from the main entrées such as the curries, marsala, and samosas. You’ve been warned!

Went in there seeing their special advertised price for Chicken Biryani for $ 1.99. For the low price of $ 1.99 it is a good amount of food but if you have had real Biryani somewhere else, you will be greatly disappointed with the taste. The Biryani was basically white rice cooked with Biryani spices from packet with two pieces of chicken drumsticks. The Chicken Wrap was not any great either. For the price of $ 1.99, the wrap actually is small and you will get a better, bigger wrap somewhere else. They claim to use Naan as the wrap but it is not Naan and is plain Roti. We wanted to try and see how their food was and will not be going back again. They have some great lunch combo menu for $ 6 and the value looks awesome but I do not know how their other food items would taste like. For sure we are not going to be adventurous and try their other items after the disappointment. Give it a try and you might actually like it but Irving area if full of choices when it comes to Indian food.

Finally, an Indian/Pakistani restaurant that’s open fairly late and has OK food at decent prices!!! They have a good selection of veg and non-veg dishes. Plus, the meat they serve is zabiha halal. What more could one ask for? Well, the location is kind of odd being inside a hotel. But it has its own entrance in the front so you don’t have to actually go through the hotel. Also, there seems to be a whole other entirely different menu on the other side. It seems they serve Indian and American food. I don’t know how the American food is since I didn’t order any because I was in the mood for Indian food at that time. They offer that for the hotel guests staying there which is convenient. But I think they should really concentrate more on the Indian/Pakistani food since they’ve stumbled upon something good here. I don’t know if they have another Pakistani restaurant somewhere else or just this combination of dual menus. It appears to have a split personality or a double life. I hope they do continue with the Pakistani food though and expand the menu to include even more biryani options at low prices. There seems to be a shortage of good Indian/Pakistani restaurants in DFW area that serve halal food and are open late and are not expensive. I mean compared to NYC or CA or Chicago the food here isn’t as tasty and those places have countless Indian/Pakistani restaurants and endless choices at better prices. I find it strange that DFW has only few options and the food is worse but more expensive here than NYC or San Fran even though it’d cost more to operate a restaurants in those areas. This is not a fancy place, but the atmosphere is better than some other casual Indian/Pakistani restaurants. The seating arrangement is unusual but offers plenty of room. You have the option for take-out or sit and order. I was personally looking for a good take-out place so it serves that purpose well.
