I ordered the Mediterranean salad which was OK. The dressing that came with it was on the side was actually yummy. It came with a lot of lettuce as well as some vegetables and feta cheese. Some breadsticks came along with it as well which were OK. I also ordered a large cheese and green pepper pizza. It was not bad. I cannot say it is the best pizza I’ve ever had or that it is the bomb, but it was good. Delivery was fast which was cool. It was a good place to order from being as I was staying at a hotel during recurrent days of heavy rain, where going out or renting a car to go out were both not feasible because of the heavy rain. It saved me from consistent room service at the hotel, which was pretty bad. The prices are very reasonable and I actually found it very affordable. It was an OK place to order from Anna did the job.

Really like this place so I was very disappointed, food so salty could not eat it. All 3 dishes we ordered. Never in the other 4 times had we had this problem. Will try again but if they continue this will have to stop eating here as I have a heart condition and can not do real salty food.

Delivery was quick, 30 minutes even though they said it would be 45. ordered BBQ wings and BBQ Chicken pizza. Both were fresh and delicious, the chicken was juicy not dried out. Will definitely be ordering from them again!

I’ve only ever done take out here, so I can’t really speak to the service. The youngish guy who I always see is pleasant enough, if a bit overwhelmed. The older guy(his dad?) is a bit dour, but hardly rude. Pizza is fantastic! I haven’t tried anything else cause the pizza is so darn good! The crust is super fresh, soft without being too doughy. Ingredients are of good quality, and not too salty(a complaint I frequently have). I love the spinach and artichoke pizza, with fresh tomatoes and feta, really really good. The place is a tiny hole in the wall, with one of table. It’s better to get pizza to go.

Terrific pizza and calzone. Reasonable pricing. I just don’t understand some of the reviews. Folks, this is really good Italian food. Give it a try, I’m sure you’ll like the quality, quantity and prices.

Bottom line is the food has been good but the people who answer the phone are awful. They need to turn the Professionalism Knob quite a bit to the right.

This is the first time I tried this place and it was really good. I ordered it on the phone when I got in my car, and by the time I got there it was almost ready 5 – 10 minutes later. I ordered lasagna and it was right around $ 10 which is a little pricey for a lunch, but he also gave me a small salad and a small cheese pizza to go with it. Needless to say this will be my lunch for more than one day which makes it not as pricey. The guy who rang me up was very friendly!

Good place for lunch delivery! I’ve learned that it works to place the order BEFORE you get hungry. I’ve ordered from them many times and delivery is usually about 45 minutes to an hour. I usually get the lunch special with a gourmet pizza and salad. The food is good and I don’t have to get out… it’s worth it to me.

I’m staying at a hotel nearby and this place was recommended by the front desk staff. I ordered their Italian Supreme pizza and a small Italian Salad. The pizza is not very good. Seems undercooked and not much flavor. The salad looks OK, but they forgot to include the salad dressing. Overall very disappointing.

Just got a flyer on our door today and ordered the Italian supreme for dinner tonight. Seriously, some of the best pizza I’ve ever had! All fresh ingredients! Great flavors! We will definitely order from them again!

UPDATE: We have ordered two more times and had pretty much the same good experience. Great pizza, on-time or early delivery. The only negative I have is that their mozzarella cheese sticks are a bit of a let-down. They taste like pre-made frozen, not like they were made fresh. I would probably not order those again, but I’m willing to try other items on the menu and will update again.

I just called here to order food to be delivered. A guy answered the phone and asked me to hold on. I assumed it was busy, but he left me on hold while people in the background talked about what time they left work yesterday. If the customer service is that bad, I don’t even want to know what the food taste like.

Was a bit skeptical about ordering from here based on the reviews about customer service, but im so glad I gave them a try. I ordered a large chicken alfredo pizza and added spinach around 8:00 and it arrived at 8:25, hot and fresh! It was the best alfredo chicken pizza I’ve had in the Las Colinas area. The guy who took my order was very friendly as well as the guy that delivered. I have absolutely no complaints about this place. Will definitely order from them again!

We love their pizza! Always great tasting crust and relatively quick, but we always pick it up since they don’t deliver to our area.

this review is based solely on the service! it sucked! yes, i understand it was raining… so i expected a delay… but 2 hours. when the gentleman told me 55 mins to an hour delivery time! i called up there twice inquiring about the order… the gentleman kept telling me the driver would be there shortly! wth… was he pushing the car! the drive finally called me to say he was at my building! i told him… no you’re not because i’m standing in the lobby & you’re not here! he was very rude… sarcastic & a straight-up a**!! once he actually pulled up & came it… he was not apologetic of the delay in service… until i got very frustrated & let him know it had been 2 hours since we placed this order! he said oh ok… there’s nothing i can do… which by the way is the same response i got from the jerk i spoke on the phone with at the restaurant! are you kidding me? the food was good… but i can’t overlook the service!

I dunno what all these other people are talking about. Italian Crust is the bomb! They say 45 min, you’ll get your pizza in 30. The pizza is delicious. The crust is perfect. The sauce is perfect. We’ve ordered from here at least 10 times, and have never had one single problem. They’ve never gotten our order wrong, and never taken nearly as long as they say. Great pizza place!

Help! I’m in a pizza desert and I can’t get anything delivered! Except for Italian Crust. Nestled in a weird pocket of hotels near the DFW airport, I couldn’t even find a major chain who would deliver. The menu for Italian Crust was emblazoned on the back of the channel lineup in our hotel room, so we gave them a chance. We ordered a large pizza with mushrooms and black olives, and as the sizes were 8″ and 10″, I ordered three 8″ breadsticks at $ 1.95 a pop. About forty minutes later(the promised time), we received our pizza, which came in the normal box, and then four(???) baffling cardboard boxes in a plastic bag. Turns out 8″ was the diameter of the breadsticks, not the length. These were tiny ROUND flatbreads sprinkled with stinky cheese and cut into eight pieces, and the pizza automatically came with one. I’d just ordered enough breadsticks to feed an army instead of the three people in the room. The verdict? Meh, okay. I honestly would have preferred a chain. The crust was flat and thin and the sauce wasn’t anything to write home about. After we got over the weirdness of the breadsticks being not stick-like at all, they were pretty flavorless. On my travels around the Irving area later, I ended up stumbling across a Papa John’s that wasn’t that far away from our hotel. Knowing what I know now, I would’ve just picked up a pizza instead of settled for the convenience of delivery. Italian Crust, you make me sad.

We’ve typically ordered from our neighborhood Pizza Hut for our weekly can’t-be-bothered-to-cook-so-pizza-it-is night, but we were getting a little tired of the same old pie. Seriously. As vegetarians, our only real option at the Hut is the veggie, and really, one can only have that a handful of times before one gets tired of the exact same flavor every single time. And then someone slipped a new flyer under our door. First of all, we were pleasantly surprised to see so many vegetarian options on the menu. In fact, I dare say that there may actually be more veggie options than meat options, which for a pizza delivery place is astounding. We ordered a large Mediterranean and a side order of Bread Stix. The pizza came topped with fresh tomato slices, plenty of creamy, high-quality ricotta, REAL Kalamata olives, and pesto sauce, all adorning a thin, crispy crust that didn’t suffer from sogginess despite the rich heaping of toppings. We couldn’t believe the quality and taste of the ingredients — not my mother’s pizza, but definitely well above the usual delivery-pizza standard. In short, we loved it, and we got to love it a lot sooner than had we ordered from Pizza Hut, despite the fact that the latter is a lot closer to our house than Italian Crust is. They delivered it hot and fresh in less than 20 minutes. The only downside was the Bread Stix, which is essentially a small(about 6″) pizza crust dusted with cheese. It was okay — a little too chewy, and not enough cheese to give it anything more than a teeny-tiny bit of flavor. Even at $ 1.10, it wasn’t worth ordering. Still, we’ll definitely order from them again. With so many veggie options to choose from — sandwiches, pasta and pizza — it’s become our new go-to for food delivery in our neighborhood.
