Excellent, prompt customer service at a very competitive price. These folks go out of their way to make sure I am always happy with my pool and spa. In emergencies they have come out for me on evenings and weekends on multiple occasions. I highly recommend this company! The year-round maintenance is great – I love not having to go out and remove leaves from the freezing cold water all winter long.

Called Finstar when the blower on my pool heater would not start. The Finstar ‘repairman’ said that the«motor was all burned up.» I found that hard to believe since, a) I had power, b) the pool heater was only three years old and had been used less then ten times, and c) it had worked just fine last time I used it. I asked him what had caused the motor to «burn up» and he said, «they just do.» I told him that there is always a reason a motor burns up and I wanted to know why mine did — otherwise it wouldn’t make any sense to replace it. He became defensive and just kept repeating that there was no reason and that they just do. I was shocked by how unknowledgeable he was and decided not to pay him $ 400 to replace the motor. After he left I researched my pool heater online. I discovered that all I had to do was turn a small knob inside the blower. It works fine now. Run from this company.
