Considering the relative price, it’s not bad however the place has seen better days. Also, everything has the slight hint of mildew. Not good for allergy sufferers

We were in Dallas for sightseeing. This hotel is in a good location because it’s right on the highway, so convenient. We didn’t use any of the hotel’s amenities because it was only used for sleeping. I would have given the hotel 5 stars but we had a small mistake at check-in happen. I believe we were checked-in to a dirty room by mistake but what was great was with the promptness that the front desk fixed the mistake. I would recommend the hotel to others.

Awesome hotel, great experience. I highly recommend this hotel if you are ever staying in Dallas. its only a few miles from downtown Dallas, a nice short ride away. Its also perfect because its right off the freeway and next to a plaza with delicious food restaurants. I would definitely stay here again. Service was also excellent and the breakfast was delicious. Great selection of food. The only negative, the breakfast ends WAYTOEARLY during the week…9am, is way to early to end breakfast. 10am during the week and 11am weekends is way better.

Excellent location and staff was really helpful. Eileen(front desk) was awesome. She really made our experience 1 of the best. I surprised my wife by booking a spa room for 1 of the 2 nights. Eileen allowed us to stay for the 2nd night in the same room. My little one was super happy when she saw the room w a jacuzzi. Breakfast was good n healthy. Also for an inside pool was good not great since it wasnt heated but we still swim for like 10 min. Location was just perfect for us, everything was within 10 minutes or less of places we wanted to visit. Will definitely stay here again.

Needed a place to stay during a weekend of work. The price was right, room was clean, and surprised being near the airport, pretty quiet. I would definately go back here.

Usually Fairfield hotels are on par with Hampton Inns, but this one was probably the worst I’ve been to. The hotel looked old, although I see posts that say it was renovated. The elevator is small and the carpet in there was just nasty. My room was okay, but the TV only had sound and no picture. Also, they put me in a hearing impaired room, even though I’m not, and it was next to the elevator, which I heard all night. The bed was soft, and the pillows okay, but the noise from the freeway was also noticeable. Also, the AC was loud, and since Dallas is so humid, the room felt damp when it wasn’t on cold. It was nice to have a little store to purchase food items, and they weren’t ridiculously priced. The front desk was helpful, so they get credit for that. The bathroom sink area is tiny, and I prefer a lot of counter space. This did not look like a renovated room.

Great place to stay! Extremely clean! The staff are very friendly and helpful! Best stay I’ve had at a hotel in a very long time! I do wish they had an outdoor pool but still enjoyed the indoor pool and hot tub!

What a great hotel! They just remodeled the whole hotel and it has a really modern and comfortable feel. I’ve been hanging out in all the lobby areas to do work and there’s a bunch of great areas to spread out and there’s lots of convenient things like a big table with outlets built in. I love the colors of all the decoration here! There are 4 really good restaurants literally steps outside their front door, including a delicious Brazilian BBQ place that I’ve eaten WAY too much at. =9 The food area in the lobby is great, too, and has a nice FREE breakfast! Which went well with my leftovers from Sfuzzi next door, by the way. The rooms, the lobby, everything was redone and is great, I really like this place. The PEOPLE are incredibly friendly. It’s not just me, there was a guy that looked like he either works here a lot or stays here all the time, and he was conversing with the front desk person all night like long lost friends. Oh, FINALLY, a hotel with good internet speed! =) Took lots of pics and will upload them!

The average rating here is 3.5 stars, and I’d agree wholeheartedly with that. The location is stellar if you’re doing business in the area and there lots of restaurants nearby. Pros: *Newly renovated *Free breakfast *Free wifi(but I had trouble getting a signal and when I did, it was weak) *Good amenities like a business center, pool, fitness room and marketplace Cons: *Despite the renovation, walls are thin and I could hear the person above me walking around *Staff was«ok» too — not especially friendly Overall, for the price it’s a very good hotel and I wouldn’t have any problem staying here again.

So I’ve spent the last 2 months here. When I started out here they were still on construction and it was a bit odd checking into a small bedroom/lobby and eating in a smaller bedroom/dining room. But now that I am wrapping down my long stay with these guys they are FINISHED with their construction and their new LOBBY is fabulous! I like all of the newly renovated rooms. They offer wifi and I feel it seems faster now that the construction is done. I got a great corporate rate and racking up the Marriott points. But the best thing about this place is the staff. They are so much fun and very friendly.

I would give 3 ½ if I could. It is clean, quiet, close to the highways. Breakfast(ceral, yogurt, juices, waffles, toast, scrambled eggs) in the mornings are decent with snacks(cookies… etc.) in the evenings. Indoor pool with sliding glass doors to outside and a small exercise room. It’s true what the last reviewer said, the side door wasn’t locked. Soaps are pretty drying but its better than nothing, they have Pantene shampoo & conditioner(yay!) The entrance/exit by the highways have a pretty confusing road layout. The hotel itself is located in a big block of other basic lower-maintenance hotels, right next to Sfuzzi’s and down the street from a CVS. I took advantage of the free computer/internet/printer in the lobby, incredibly helpful for printing directions/maps and any other research you maybe doing without traveling with electronics. The toilets flush pretty loudly but I didn’t hear too much from our neighbors. I did hear some commotion outside early in the morning as some other guests were getting ready to head of to a Cowboys game. All in all, good place to stay if you’re looking for necessities.

2 nights Good: Rooms clean, Breakfast good, and staff nice. Bad: Room feels small, can hear the person in the room above walking. Bed lumpy. OK for the price.

This place was OK for my three night stay, but it is easy to find something better. It is clean but dated. There is a sign saying they are going to remodel. The bathroom in my room is cramped — especially the single sink area. Fitness room has two treadmills and an elliptical step thingy. All are working. No bicycle. The shuttle is free and was willing to drive me to a local restaurant and pick me up again. Breakfast really basic and unhealthy so I wouldn’t personally want to be here for a longer stay.

This is a decent hotel. As Fairfield Inn’s go, this one isn’t one of the premier locations. It isn’t bad either. I have stayed in this hotel for 30 days straight. What I like: — Front desk staff extremely friendly. — Hotel was very eager to work with me on extended stay pricing. — Good location near highways. — Decent breakfast. — Free use of business center computer and free printing, faxing, copies, etc… — Free wifi with decent performance. — Free laundry detergent What I don’t like: — The number one thing I dislike is the speed of this elevator. There are only three floors in this hotel so waiting 3 – 5 minutes every single time you try to get on the thing is ridiculous. They don’t even have couches to sit on while you wait. Stairs are not conveniently located… — Workout room is very small with no fan or free weights. — Breakfast area is extremely crowded in the mornings. They should consider removing some tables or making the room larger. — Too much road and wind noise in room. Security concerns: — I forgot my key in my room several times during the month I was there. The front desk never asked for identification when replacing room keys — this includes staff who had never met me. — Exterior doors have signs saying they lock and require key in the evening. They don’t lock and in the case of the rear door near the pool, it doesn’t hold itself shut all the way. — Parking lot lighting isn’t great. They should double the exterior lights.
