Disappointed. Order was wrong — ordered extra BEEF and extra marinara sauce on a «build your own pasta» — paid for the extra but didn’t get extra and received SAUSAGE instead. Delivery guy had to call to find out what apartment we were in — we order from this Domino’s at least twice a week if not more. Earlier this week, we ordered stuffed cheesy spinach & feta bread sticks and received cheesy bread sticks with 2 leaves of spinach. Again, not what we paid for. Long time customer of this Domino’s due to work schedule and convenience but not sure we’ll be back. Be aware.

I’m like one of the 18 people in America that still support dominos but it may stop since they area getting petty and not only charging for marinara sauce but also for Parmesan cheese. Those are things that come standard at pizza places. That’s blasphemous.

Worst ever, pizza delivery nightmare, order was wrong, cold and mutilated and took almost 30 minutes longer that it was supposed to. As a long time customer of Domino’s (in a different town) this was beyond disappointing. I called immediately and was put on hold, was on hold for over 10 minutes so I then (while still on hold) called via my cell phone and the manager answered right away. However even tho I was looking at my ordered screen theirs showed something different. (according to the manager). NEVER ever will I order from this place again. Unbelievable! Sure wish I could upload the picture!

Good pizza, poor service.
Wanted to call to speak to a manager who, since he was busy, chose to hand the phone to the 15 yr old cashier, so I decided to take this alternative method in making a complaint.
Be careful here. Cashiers will try to rip you off (whether it’s intentional or not… Still not sure. The guy did look pretty inexperienced and well… Slow.). They don’t pay attention to the current specials and may try to overcharge you. Always double check your total as well as the change given back. Not only did the cashier I encountered not give me their special price, but he almost shorted me $ 20 in change.
Like I said… Good pizza though :)

I can’t say a bad thing about this store, they are fast and friendly I order pizza about every other week or so and I can honestly say I have never had a bad experience.

Flatbread was great. I ordered online and went to go pick it up, only took 15 minutes. The onions are long and I hate that, but that’s just a preference thing.
When I went to pick it up they couldn’t ‘find it’ for about 5 minutes, but then it appeared.
Got what my money paid for and I was on my way to enjoy the lovely flatbread. mmm.

Hector was really polite and definitely has great customer service. Great job on the pizza. Great as always wouldn’t expect nothing less from Erik and his managing skills :)
