This Church’s Chicken location is the absolute worse chicken place I have ever visited. I ordered a 2 piece meal a leg and a breast. I got home and I had 2 thighs… Moreover they do not serve unsweetened ice tea. That in itself is enough to complain about. The employees are rude and the service is ridiculous.

I went to this location and the guy behind the counter was appallingly rude. He made perverted gestures and what looked to be the manager witnessed it all. It didn’t look as if it was an unusual occurrence by his reaction(none at all) I will never be going back there again. I have never been treated with such little dignity and respect. Not to mention when I got the chicken home the chicken was old, shriveled, and inedible. I wish I could give less than a 1.

Let me explain. I showed up at 6pm on Friday. There are about 14 folks sitting/standing around. This is a small, no drive thru location. What’s going on? They are out of spicy chicken, dark meat, mac and cheese etc. It is Friday, so ok. The wait is 12 minutes, the very friendly cashier says. Alrighty. 20 minutes later. she sticks her head around the counter and says it’ll be just another 15 minutes. Oh boy. Out comes the chicken, mac n cheese, and biscuits. She threw an extra leg in there she tells me. So I bite into a leg soon as I get in the car. Holy smokes! Church’s is good chicken anyway but literally 40 seconds out of the fryer, a million calories of delishness. The mac n cheese was gooey, fresh wonderfulness. Ate the whole meal sitting in the car. What a difference fresh food makes! I’ll be back on a Friday with a book for the wait.

I have given up on CHURCH’S. It’s not good. Pieces are small, lots of batter and little meat. Grease tastes old.

Friendly workers and quick service. The food was for someone else so I can’t comment there.
