Food was really really good and price was good too, the hush puppies were awesome, can’t really complain about the place. I would definitely come back, oh and dessert was awesome

Come here at least twice a week. The whole catfish is awesome. When they haven’t ran out of cheesecake its the Best… Everything is made to order and the music they play is very up beat

The menu was very accommodating as far as options. I had the 2 piece fried catfish which was cooked pretty well so no complaints there. The hush puppies were egg roll shaped and had a good taste the French fries were okay looked to be bagged. Overall it was okay and I would return.

If you like fried catfish… this joint is top notch!!!
I can only imagine the entire menu would be equally good but I can’t speak to that.

If I could give «0» stars then I would. This meal was horrible. It’s obvious all the good reviews were given by family and friends of the establishment.
The fish tasted muddy or dirty and the crawfish tails were more cornmeal than crawfish. The hush puppies appeared to be soaked in grease and the coleslaw was… well it just was. I can’t recommend this place and positive I’ll never go back.

If you like Cajun, this is the place. We get the specialty of the house, catfish. I like it fried or grilled. We have marked this place one of favorites.

GREAT price, made when you order… Great size of catfish filets, no bones (not that I’ve had). Their hush puppies are the sticks and they have a bit of jalapeño in them. Very yummy.
They have lots of sauces, tartar sauce, lemons and limes.
They have other dishes as well. They have your standard chicken strips for my daughter. No seafood for her.
They have fried shrimp. They have Po boys which look good but I only get the catfish filets!!!
We have been here soooo many times. We eat there often. We took some friends there and they loved it as well.
Do yourself a favor and try it out.
Now, the cornmeal on the catfish doesn’t have a lot of seasoning… But it’s so good. Not too salty.
They also have pieces of pies there. The pecan pie is the bestest!!!
When we go, I get a 6 filet big box with French fries and hush puppies. It’s $ 16.99. That’s a GREAT deal for 6 pieces of whole filets.
They are always playing the blues when you go there. Great atmosphere.

Food was just ok. Nothing really to write home about. Seemed like they may have cooked it too fast in oil that was too hot. The outside of the filets was crispy but the inside was undercooked. Price was also a little high for what we got. Will probably not be back.

You usually don’t find Ceviche on Cajun menus but you do here. I’ve had my fair share and theirs is really good. The fried shrimp are excellent also, big, fresh, and cooked just right. They have all the worcestershire, horse radish, and hot sauces you’ll need to customize your cocktail sauce. Fast and friendly service. If you are like me and quit going to Top Cat long ago go check out Catfish House, you’ll be glad you did.

Was planning on trying lees catfish on Ash Wednesday but when I called they were out of shrimp so we ended up at CATFISH HOUSE! It was delicious catfish was great shrimp are huge hush puppies had good flavor fries were good overall great experience we will be back!

This place replaced Top Cat. TC was going down hill in my opinion. Glad these people took over this location. Much cleaner now, food is better. Whole cat is same cut as TC, much better taste and cooked perfectly, onion rings are now an option and the are great also.
