Sooooooo so sad… I love red lobster but the red lobster here blehhhhhhhh: O I order the crab Alfredo noodles where over cooked wayy over cooked I was eating mush! And it was bland with globs of cheese!!! My dad got the ultimate feast and the lobster was not fresh at all the meat was really mushy!!! Big globs of cheese… Never coming back to this location yucky

Horrible. My third time at this location this year & I ask myself why I even return. There is always a long wait weekdays, when it’s not even busy & a quarter of the restaurant is in use while the rest is empty. Staff is so slow & inconsiderate. Food or drink refills takes forever. I get better and faster service at Chili’s or Applebee’s on a busy & packed weekend. It’s so ridiculous. Nothing against the company, it’s this specific location that needs to wake up and get it together. I one-starred only because our waiter was sweet within the time that he did come to our table. Other than that, the restaurant needs some sort of staff meeting/training, really.

Stay away! Food here is just meh, ok. But customer service… The worst. I love Red Lobster, just not this location. It took us forever to get seated and our order took over an hour to get to our table, by the time we got it I was already full on biscuits(my fault…). There’s plenty of other restaurants around here, save yourself the time and bad attitudes!

The tv ads suckered me into wanting their amazing cheddar biscuits. I ordered the breaded shrimp from the lunch menu. It took about 20 minutes to get my food. The biscuit was warm and tasty but when I got my meal the shrimp were small and tasteless. The service people were nice and responsive even though very busy. I won’t go back.

They really shouldn’t get any stars, but I will give them 1 for the cold beer!!! We waited for a table for over an hour, then they say there are 9 other parties to be seated before us, and when we asked why there were many empty, clean, tables, the manager said they didn’t have wait staff for those tables!!! Think the Manager should have put on an apron!!! We walked out! I know 2⁄13 is a busy night, but we were told a 50 min wait, and after an hour we were looking at another hour of waiting!!! I do not think so!!!

First of all the food was not the issue at all. As a matter of fact it was very good. The issue was the waiting for what reason I do not know. I stood at the bar and watched what was not going on. There was a table of girls, 8 of them that must of sat there at least 45 min. No drinks never saw anyone go near them. 5 empty tables, 4 of which had not been cleaned off the entire time I stood waiting for a table. The entire back area behind the bar hard no one seated at all. And the other side of the restaurant had empty and dirty tables also. So I don’t know if they were under staffed or what but for a Saturday night it was pretty rediculous. As for the manager on duty he seemed pretty useless. He should have been cleaning those tables off and getting people seated as far as I’m concerned. More so than walking around day thank you for waiting. Especially when all the people in the bar area, lobby area, and outside waiting. Our entire evening experience from walking in the door to leaving was over 2 ½ hours total. A Really Big shout out to Wayne M. who was our waiter. Thank you for the great service. Oh and the 8 girls that were waiting so be waited on when we first got there ended being moved to the area we were in being apologized to by the Mgr and he bought their first round of drinks for them. Personally I would have left long before that. They still had no food on the table when we left. Someone dropped the ball big time. Can’t say I will return anytime soon.

I’m sitting here eating lunch at the bar. The bartender is awesome, laid back, efficient and super nice! He checked back on me several times. During my visit here I saw the hostess turned the corner fast and caused another server to drop/spill her whole tray. After several minutes I heard the waitress who’s tray got dropped tell everyone on the back line«thank you for the teamwork» wow! I’ve been in the industry for over 14 years and I applaud the staff here today. Thank you to everyone for a wonderful experience. To have a staff member get weeded and then be thankful for the teamwork is awesome.

As a kid, I remember thinking Red Lobster was the ultimate shizznit– if you eat here, you’ve made it. BIG. As an adult, I have only one guess as to what gave me that impression: the generally high price of seafood. Most meals were $ 20+ especially if they included both land and sea animals. It felt more than a little cliché celebrating my birthday here, but when that day falls within the Shrimp Fest’s time frame, why not give it a try? Since I’m such a waste at buffets, I went with the Lobster Tacos(~ $ 13) and left the endless shrimp to the big eaters. Tips from them: the scampi was good and light; leave the fettuccine for last bc it’s the heaviest of the shrimp selections; the price of All You Can Eat has increased annually to reach its current $ 16.99. This was my first visit to RL in years, and unless there’s a convincing reason to go, I probably won’t be back since it’s on the outskirts of the city and price: quality was unimpressive. The best things about this location won’t be found on the menu anyway: 1. Our server, who handled our table of 10 ½ with a great sense of humor, 2. The warm, buttery biscuits, and even more cheesy, 3. my loved ones.

This is my third visit to a Red Lobster. We had the Endless Shrimp… Meh! As the previous visits, the food was not up to the price you pay and the service was unbelievably slow. The staff is very friendly and those biscuits were amazing. Other than that, I’ll rather spend my money at Sea Food Shack which is not far away from this location.

First time eating at Red Lobster, and they didn’t let me down. I celebrated my birthday here. I wanted to try everything. Now I see what everyone is talking about the biscuits. I started with mussels and calamari. Then my salad. Entrée I had fried shrimp, shrimp scampi, lobster, crab legs, rice and broccoli. I almost ate it all. Waiter was suprised. Will be returning again to try more.

Good biscuits but salad and seafood were just ok. Good deals for the make your own combo platters with appetizer and dessert included for $ 16! Wait staff was ok. Coconut shrimp is a little too sweet for me but the mushroom appetizer was good! Can’t wait for lobster fest and shrimp fest!

If I could give this place 0 stars I would… The server stole my husbands phone right off of the table while we were gone for 10 min! Nobody was in the restaurant but red lobster employees and not one person could tell me who cleaned the table and were protecting the server. I am disgusted and even the manager was a useless scared little biatch who wouldn’t do anything to help find out who cleaned the tables. This experience has ruined my taste for red lobster forever. Never ever ever ever eating at this bullshit of a chain that cost me 800 bucks of a brand new android.

4 of us went here about 5:45pm on a Sunday… The restaurant was not busy, not even half full. Pros: We were seated right away, we were greeted by our server in a timely manner, and when we finally ordered, the food came out in a timely manner after we finally got to order… Cons: We weren’t offered refills on our drinks until around 6:30 when we were well ready to go and any other request took 5+ minutes. From what we could tell, this was not entirely our server’s fault. There were 4 tables on our side of the restaurant with 4 different servers… their sections were all over the restaurant!!! I blame management or whomever’s job it is to draw up the sections and seat guests. 3 of us have worked in restaurants so we’re really easy to please. However, this was just sad and we felt like it was a setup for failure for the servers. If it weren’t for our past work experience, we would have been severely upset… and if we weren’t good people, it would have been very easy to walk out without paying since it took forever for our server to return between requests… I am giving 3 stars because we felt bad for the illogical setup of sections for the servers… if it weren’t for that, I would prefer 1 star.

I love, love Red Lobster but. .not this location. Not only was our server bad, every single course had issues. They forgot to order our appetizer then asked us if we wanted it with our main course. That should have been an omen. The lobster was dry and tasteless. We ordered our the dessert to go. They brought the dessert, but forgot the brownie and only gave us the ice cream. Yes, they gave us a discount on our bill but I’d rather just get the great meal that we were expecting.

Absolutely horrible service I’m mortified at how such a big restaurant can provide such terrible service. Came here to celebrate my father in laws birthday today list of things that went wrong: 1. We weren’t being acknowledged not even to get a drink order 2. My brother in law found a big hair in his food 3. I am one owner of a small technology company in Irving TX. We often take clients to business lunches or host lunch events. This Red Lobster is closest to our office and geographically convenient. They are also surrounded by many very well run competing establishments. Today, we again tried this Red Lobster in hopes that the experience would be pleasant and enjoyable. Service and product at this location have been in a steady state of decline for the last year and today was consistent with the trend. We were seated promptly and the server asked if we were under any Lunch Time Constraints.(Good Start). From there, the experience rapidly deteriorated. Order Taking, Order Delivery, Order Checkout all were glacial activities. Today there were two of us having lunch.(Often there are 4 or more) One entrée(a Grilled Chicken Salad) was well prepared and presented. The chicken was dry and overcooked but still this was eaten. The other entrée was a Chicken and Shrimp Scampi combination with a salad. The food was visibly unappealing and the portion was small. The quality of the food was low grade. The taste was also not fresh or enjoyable. We have had this product at other locations recently and the quality and presentation were significantly better. There should not be this much of a variance between chain locations in the same market unless there is a management problem. Additional issues: Missing Silverware. Dirty Silverware Wrong Silverware(Large Soup spoon to stir in a small coffee cup) VERYSLOW service. Room was very cold and we heard other customers also comment about the temperature. This restaurant was not busy so there really was no excuse for poor service. We work hard for our money and we expect good value in return. This location is now off our list.

This review is more about the service than the food — im always pleased with the food here, but the service on my last visit was seriously lacking. It was a very not crowded evening, I think a Wednesday. Our server had to be asked for refills, and barely stopped at our table at all. She also forgot my baked potato when she delivered our food. She was friendly enoigh, but the lack of quality service really stood out to me. I still give the place 3 stars because that was an anomaly in the times I’ve been here, and the food was the standard I expect.
