Awful, awful, awful. One phlebotomist doing the check in and blood draws makes for an extremely slow process. Sat for literally half an hour before someone even came out of the back room to process my paperwork. Sign on the outside was literally a piece of paper. I’ve got good veins anyway, but my blood draw was at least quick and painless, but omg, the waiting was torture.

This lab is located in the same building as the emergency room and it is inside of a doctor’s office. There is only one phlebotomist there. When you walk into the waiting room, you need to sign in with your information and ring a bell to ensure that the phlebotomist hears that she has a patient waiting.
I didn’t like that the lab was located inside a doctor’s office, it was really pretty odd. It was also a very small waiting room and the front office staff were not very friendly and did not even greet me.
The lady who drew my blood did a good job and was friendly. However, she did not collect my blood in the correct color tube, so she called me the next day around closing time to have me come back in. It is really inconvenient for me to take time off from work to come and have blood drawn as it is, and the fact that I had to come back because she didn’t make sure that she had used the correct tubes for the type of testing I needed was really disappointing to me. It also delayed the results and my doctor needed those ASAP.
I won’t be coming back to this lab. I give two starts because the phlebotomist at least did a good job drawing blood and was friendly towards me. Besides that, I’m not too impressed.
