My sister was looking to buy a Jeep Cherokee that was on sale for New Years. She spoke with Flavio on New Years eve who told her it would be «better to come tomorrow». He texted her on New Year’s day that the car wasn’t detailed yet, and that they didn’t open until 10 am. Sister said no problem, be there at 11. She showed up and he told her that the car had sold yesterday. Understandably we were pissed that she drove from Chino Hills to Irvine specifically for this car, and he could have told her that it was sold instead of saying it was being detailed. Offered her the «same deal» on any other Jeep Cherokee. Sorry dude. no bait and switch for us. Really horrible way to do business. Thought the old school slimy car dealers were a thing of the past but I guess not. Taking our business elsewhere.

They broke my car, then refused to return my calls.
I bought a 2010 Ford Mustang GT from Tuttle-​Click in July if 2012. Everything seemed fine, and I was pleased with the price I got on the car, until it came time for my first service.
When I made the purchase, they sold me on a package of oil changes for $ 150. I had the first one done in November and everything seemed normal, until about a month later when I noticed oil spots repeatedly appearing in my driveway.
I had to take the car to my local dealership (Costa Mesa) because of the leak, and it turns out Tuttle-​Click had screwed on my drain plug too tight, stripping it, and causing the leak. The repair was not covered by my warranty, and it cost me about $ 130 to get fixed.
Well, everyone makes mistakes, but the real insult came when I contacted Tuttle-​Click about the situation. I was repeatedly directed to David, the service manager, for whom I left several voicemails explaining the situation and including my phone number. None of these calls were returned by David. Nor was I directed to anyone else at Tuttle-​Click who could assist, or even talk to me, about this problem.
So at this point, between the repair, and the oil change package (can’t take my car back to them, as I fear they’ll break it again) I’ve lost about $ 300. Could be worse, I know, but I’m not going to be visiting Tuttle-​Click anytime soon, and I don’t recommend anyone else shop there either.

Let me just say this, I’m glad that somebody smashed into my dodge neon, now I don’t ever have to see these guys again. I use to go here because of my warranty and my student budget. But now that the car is gone so am I, nor will I be purchase another from this group I’m going foreign

I am so disappointed in Tuttle-​click .
We were misrepresented by the salesman, and then when we suppose to get $ 5,000 refund and they charge us another $ 5,000 by mistake. We have asked three times for the district manager or regional managers phone number and they told me to go to Chrysler and when I called Chrysler they told me to go to the dealer. I still do not have the district managers number after 10 days I did wrote to the CEO of Chrysler.
I would not buy a car from them, and would be cautious of what they say the car has on it before you buy it. They tried to sell us a car with roll up windows and pull up door locks, when they told us that they were automatic.

We just bought a brand new Jeep Grand Cherokee from Tuttle-​Click and it was a great experience! Everyone was very pleasant and knowledgeable. I would recommend working with Hugh Diamond and Sacha, they were responsive and easy going, no cheesy car salesman vibe! I have a BMW and I thought the customer service was very comparable, especially given we were there at the end of the day and it would have been easy to rush us. The Parts guy even opened up the shop before he left so we could take a peek. I was happy to give them my business.

Great service! The car I wanted was very hard to find and Alex went waaayyy out of his way to find it and drive it down from over a 100 miles away! Financing dept is fantastic too… Thanks for everything guys!

This was the worst experience ever!!! We went and leased a Jeep 4door Wrangler, the dishonesty of this dealership made me want to return my car and go to another dealership and buy one. OUr salesman was great. He worked with us until we were given what we wanted. Yet when we went in the finance room to sign papers, what was on the contract was NOT what we agreed to, and different numbers were in place to steel an extra $ 1000. from us!
They called to have us resign another contract 2 weeks after we bought the Jeep, saying that the .15 cents a mile needs to change to .18 cents! We could not believe the unprofessional, slimy, sales manager Lionel that tried to get out of us what he could. We would NOT resign unless certain criteria was met.
Then our first payment came in the mail and was $ 33. more than our contract stated!
This was a nightmare dealership, beware of the scams they try and pull, read the «fine» print before signing anything if you dare to purchase from them. We will NEVER recommend this place.

This place has gone way down hill. we have bought 3 cars from them and always had them serviced here. I had 2 other jeeps that I bought used that I also took here. 5 cars in the span of 10 years and they are now trying to rip people off and don’t do quality repairs anymore. You bring your car in for one thing and by the time you get home you find 2 or more different things now wrong. they repair things that don’t need to be fixed based on their own TSB’s and still do the repairs. Do yourself a favor and stay away from them.

They took the time to walk me through a lease and I was even able to get my lease payments lower then expected.
They also gave me $ 2000 more on my trade in then CarMax offered.
Make sure to ask for Coz, he is the best and not a typical «car sales guy»

Hurry up and wait. Even with an appointment, I stood in line and waited to be helped for about 15 minutes. If they were really busy I would have understood but there were three guys sitting at their little windows doing nothing (probably playing on facebook).
