These guys are total idiots. They did it again to me. I forgot to check my coffee with these morons. I asked for 4 creamers and they added a ton of sugar. I dumped the coffee.

I want everyone to know that a cook at this restaurant(a male) does NOT wash their hands after using the restroom. My friend was in the restroom and the cook went from the stall(the stall!!!) and straight to the kitchen. My friend confronted the cashier and asked, do people not wash their hands here. She responds, «I don’t know what other people do in the restroom». That was her response. Her name was Yasmine or something like that. Anyhow, hope you enjoy feces and urine in your food. Disgusting! Anyhow, of course he didn’t order.

This is the memorable KFC and Taco Bell that is well known for it’s mistakes, lazy workers who ignore you while pretending they don’t speak English and it’s long lines that prepare tourists for similar lines at Disneyland. The best part about it, most of the customers are so sick of the poor service that they forget to check their bags if the orders are correct. This place is known for screwing up orders, it’s common to see customers bring back orders when they should have been done right the first time. Here’s a simple solution; Fire the district manager and hire people who know how to do simple fast food tasks. This location will only get worse as the customers are not only aware of the terrible service, but they’re noticing the actual venue starting to decay due to not being cleaned properly. If you can’t manage to do that, stick with it being a Taco Bell or KFC so your workers can get more orders done right. It’s the people who are in charge of employment at this location who should be held accountable for the poor service, and you need to avoid adding new items to the menu because the workers always screw those up. Having to wait so long is also a reason not to get anything from here, it’s supposed to be fast food. I’m just amazed this place hasn’t been shutdown over a decade ago because it’s always been a piss poor venue.

Stood around for 5+ minutes at the front when no one would help. Even asking for help was ignored. Food was alright so no complaints there. The free“WiFi” is pretty much entirely blocked. You can browse things like reddit and FB but any and all links will take you to a «This website is blocked» message. Just swallow what little pride you have left and go across the parking lot to McDonalds instead.

Taco bell plus kfc. I don’t know if you have to wait twice as long because they have two establishments in one, but it took over 15 minutes to order and more than 25 minutes to receive the small order. Not as clean and the staff all moved at a small’s pace. Will not return.

I’ve been to this particular restaurant many times and this is by far the worst time that their food has been made. I had a group of 4 of us and we ordered 5 Mexican Pizzas. I know it’s a fast food place but come on. Get it right. When we got the order we looked at all the pizzas and the toppings got bunched into the center of the pizza so there was a 1−2″ gap between the edge of the tortilla and the toppings. The toppings were so sparse. Where’s the quality control? So I decided to take 2 of them back at first. I told the guy that it was too«skimpy.» He looked at me like what did you just say? I said again slowly too«skimpy.» Didn’t understand. So I translated, «there are not enough toppings on it.» So finally they made it correctly. Then I decided to return one that we had left and then they put way TOO much topping on it that it was so soggy and it wasn’t even cut properly. How hard can it be to make a Mexican Pizza??? I think the workers are just lazy and they don’t care.

I was here for 5 de Mayo promotional free breakfast. This was my first time not opting for drive through. Promotion consisted of free breakfast sandwich and being a broke college student, I was there at the doors opening(; The meal was unappetizing in presentation but standard in taste. Overall, okay. The staff however seemed quite offended that I would come in only for the freebee. They made it obvious that they were less than happy with my willingness to walk away without making a purchase. In retrospect, they obviously care for the company(I think) but it was unprofessional and does not leave me wanting to re-visit.

The staff was friendly enough, but I could not look past the filth growing on the soda machine. I learned that this is a franchise location. Does the owner or corporate ever check in on their stores? I’ll post some pictures… get ready to try and hold your lunch down.

This Taco Bell has a KFC in it(or the other way around). I think it’s the other way around since the back of the receipt has KFC logo on it. The information from the review of the KFC in this location is valid here in terms of the fixtures and furniture, although they seem to have swapped the booth cushions out and during this time, the digital sign with the daily specials on it was functional. The restroom still lacks a wall and has a sliding lock on it. So as to keep the information relevant about the Taco Bell itself, I bought nothing but Taco Bell stuff, but the listings on the receipt were too vague for me to comprehend so I can’t tell if what I received was what I actually ordered. Well, at least it tasted fine and had no problems with it. However, it came out slower than an entirely KFC order and I saw someone else asking when their Taco Bell item would be done. As the majority of the complaints I have with this building are related to the fixtures, though, the numerical rating should be the same.

If the next closest Taco Bell wasn’t at the Tustin Marketplace, I would make the drive to go there to avoid coming to this one. In fact, even with the next closest one being at the marketplace, I may still have to make that drive. The service here is beyond HORRIBLE. One time, the person over the intercom gave me a really bad attitude. I am a very patient person, and I don’t speak my mind unless I feel it needs to be heard. And with this guy, I ended up telling him Nevermind, and to have his manager meet me at the window. I informed the manager of what was said, and she apologized and insisted that I still order. Only because my 6 year old begged me for his beak burrito at the moment, did I order the burrito. After I ordered, she told me how much it was going to be. Another time, I ordered 3 burritos inside the store, to go. I am not kidding, literally 45MINUTES later, I left with my burritos. Apparently someone had ordered like, 7 taco box meal things which completely threw them off apparently. But everyone who ordered KFC was in and out. I couldn’t even get anyone to help me with refunding me. Not to mention the countless times my order was incorrect, or I waited for what felt like forever in the drive-thru or inside. They are rude, and I can’t help but assume that this location is very poorly managed. Rarely do I leave this place in a good mood. Unfortunately, this is the ONLYKFC in te area!

Okay, so I know Taco Bell is not a 5 star restaurant, but it still serves its purpose. I am a big fan of Taco Bell, I don’t go often, but enjoy it when I do. I especially love their crunchwrap supreme and soft tacos. This was my first time at this location. I’m not sure if it was this specific visit, location, or Taco Bell is going downhill. I went through the drive through. The attendant was not very friendly(she did not smile once). My crunchwrap was only warm(and I ate it only a few minutes after I left) and my soft taco was basically just a tortilla; there was barely anything in it! Total bummer of a trip. I hope it was just this one time.

I don’t usually write negative reviews; you can check my history and quality of reviews to check that fact. I’ve been here a dozen times, and everything was just okay, but this last visit really got me pissed. I walked in to the place and there was an asian guy yelling at the cashier. Apparently, there was a special going on, where 12 pieces was the same price as 9 pieces of chicken(or something of that sort), and the 12 piece came with a combo while the 9 piece didn’t– ANDITWASTHESAMEPRICE. The asian guy was pissed and caused a scene in front of a packed restaurant(75% of the people there were waiting in the long line). In my heart, I agreed with him. The cashier should have said something. Why wouldn’t they try to upgrade or save the customer money? Whenever I get a deal on something, I’m always appreciative and buy more food from the restaurant. So I go up to order, I order 2 bean burritos with NOONIONSANDNOCHEESE. The order takes a whopping 20MINS to come out to me! The lady’s voice announcing the order numbers wass SUPER annoying and made me want to leave just so I didn’t have to hear her anymore. I bite into the burrito– guess what… there’s cheese! I take it back, and thankfully it doesn’t take long to come back out. The cashier looked like he didn’t care about his job, and even over-charged me by 50 cents, but I let that go since the burritos were 20 cents cheaper(each one) than any other taco bell in the area. My GF ordered a KFC chicken sandwhich. It was SOOO small that she thought it was a kid’s meal. It was a horrible visit this time(Thursday, Feb 27 @6:15 — 6:45 pm) that my gf and I decided that we’d write a nasty review because we hope things change through management. I’d love to delete my review if I find out that the employees get trained better at how to do their jobs and have better costumer service. This has nothing to do with the restaurant itself, but many of the people dining in were trashy looking people. This is IRVINE! I’m from Riverside where toothless people are the norm, but in Irvine, I expected more of a quality of customers.

I think 3 stars is pretty generous for fast food. Pros of this place is that it’s a KFCAND Taco Bell combo. For those indecisive people, it’s a one stop shop for all your greasy food cravings. Food wise it’s pretty standard, you get what you would expect at any other of the thousands of KFC stores. Also, in Irvine, land of early restaurant closing, this was the my saving grace during college when I’d have late class and didn’t get out until 9, a time when all other restaurants were closed. Con is that they are horrible at correctly packing your orders. I’ve learned to check the box before I leave and count my chicken because more often than not your order will be messed up. Once ordered a family meal of fried chicken and got chicken strips. Once ordered 10 pieces and got 9. You get the point, check your orders!

I was looking for a quick bite in the area and the check-in offer attracted me. So I came in and showed the employee the offer. She was clueless about it and said«I’ll see if it comes up on the computer» after I ordered. So I ordered my meal and then she just said it didn’t show up and that they didn’t accept that. I found it ridiculous since it explicitly says to show to an employee or owner. I ordered anyways just to get it over with and left. The employee name was Alexandria or something along those lines. She made no effort to ask a manager about the offer, just denied it.

I can’t remember when was the last time I had fried chicken. Probably weeks ago. That’s way too long and I had a major KFC craving for lunch today. It was a typical KFC lunch and I usually wouldn’t be writing a review for this place. But I saw several very poor one-star reviews, so I feel like I should report my positive experience here today, so other Unilocalers considering this KFC can make an informed decision. First off, this KFC has the high-tech option of ordering at a machine with a credit or debit card so you can skip the line. The 2 machines near the entrance are very prominently displayed and the instructions are very clear(please see picture). Since there wasn’t a long line when I was there I ordered with an employee and she has been cool, helpful and friendly throughout. In fact I asked for a small drink and she gave me the largest size telling me that it’s the same price($ 1 drink promotion). Service has been good. Not spectacular, but this is a fast food restaurant so you need to have reasonable expectations. I ordered an original breast and wing combo with coleslaw and mashed potato. Everything was up to KFC standards and was good. The chicken was cooked just right, so that it was still tender, and was indeed finger-licking good. This was a good lunch, especially for someone with a serious fried chicken craving. For about $ 7 I got a full meal plus a supersized drink; so it was good value. This was a typical KFC experience and I didn’t find it any better or any worse than an average KFC restaurant.

My go-to KFC/Taco Bell. Whoever thought of conjoining two of these delicious fast food joints is a genius! I’ve never had a bad experience here and they’ve never messed up my order(except for that one time they forgot my soda, haha). Both KFC and Taco Bell food items are always up to standards. I loveee KFC’s extra crispy chicken and mac n cheese! Always so crispy, hot, and flavorful. The mashed potatos and cole slaw here are good too. My favorite food at Taco Bell has got to be that Crunch Wrap Supreme! I always ask them to substitute the sour cream with volcano sauce. Another cool combination is to order a Chalupa and a mac n cheese. and then put the mac n cheese into the chalupa. Delicioso! Drive thru is open till 11pm! :]
