Supreme Air Duct Service – Irvine

Completely useless company. I made an appointment over a week in advance. I told them I would be taking off a day from work to be there for the appointment. They didn’t even show up. No call to warn me or apology. Then I called to tell them they missed the appointment. At first they were unapologetic. They asked if I wanted to make a new appointment and I said, «if I do, how will I know someone will show?» They said, «we have no idea.» Finally I got through to a manager who apologized and made another appointment for me a few days later. Guess what happened. They called the night before and cancelled. It’s a wonder they’re still in business since they apparently have no desire to have customers. Don’t bother. This company is a waste of your time. On that note, anyone know of a decent company in Irvine for duct cleaning?
