BUYER BEWARE!!!! Please if you value your money and your time stay away from this so-called real estate agent. He is highly unethical, lies about results and looks after his own self interest. I am actually surprised someone has not reported him to the DRE. He needs his real estate license revoked. He "helped" my wife and I on a purchase from a builder. Mr Lopez and I had an agreement prior to the purchase and it was the reason I hired him as my agent. Once the deal closed and he received his commission, he failed to perform his part of the agreement. When I tried to contact him regarding this, he would just ignore my calls and emails. I even called his broker, because he was so unresponsive. He got really nasty and his "professional" side completely disappeared. My wife and I even found out he lied about his credentials. He states he has a degree from a USC, little did he know I am well connected at USC and not only does he not have a degree from there, but he's never even attended. Mr. Lopez also portrays himself as this successful real estate agent. Is selling/purchasing 25 homes in 8 years, successful to you? At times when he would make excuses about being too busy to speak with me, I looked up on MLS for his listings and he only had a couple. There a lot of great realtors out there, but he's not one of them. If you want someone with integrity, ethics, and very knowledgable with regards to real estate, stay away from Mr. Lopez.

Rick was able to find the perfect home for my family for lower than what I was initially offering. Sometimes I emailed him late at night so that he can respond in the morning, but to my surprise he replied right away. I would not buy a home with another realtor because he not only helped me purchase a home, he also took the time to teach me the entire process of home buying.

I’ve known Rick Lopez for over seven years I would highly recommend him in your real estate needs. When you are in the market for selling or purchasing your home you’re going to spend numerous hours with your agent as they get to know you to provide guidance and assist you to get want you need. Although I ended up not purchasing a home in Irvine due to an overseas career opportunity Rick had taken the time to research the best areas and price to meet my needs. He is a very hardworking, patient, and sincere person which I believe are very important qualities in someone representing you to purchase or sell the biggest investment most people will have. When I ended up taking an international job and could no longer move to Irvine and purchase a condo he still helped me with the logistics of my move so when I come back I would be set up for success to purchase my first home. He went above and beyond for me and I will always be grateful for that. Rick is the type of person that will do everything he can to take care of his family, clients, and friends. By the time your signing the papers for your new home you have not only made an investment in your life but you have also made a new friend. I’ve had the opportunity to get to know Rick and his beautiful family and I think that it says something to work with someone who values their clients like family. So if you want someone willing to go to bat for you and make or get the best deal give Rick a call.

As my lease was drawing to an end, I feared not having a place to stay for the upcoming year. However, I was able to get in touch with Rick―who quickly helped my roommates and I settle in a new home. He addressed all of our questions and complaints in a timely manner. Rick is extremely friendly and accessible. As a real estate agent, he has gone out of his way to inform me of ways I could protect myself as a leaser. If you’re a homeowner or someone who is looking to rent, sell or buy a home, Rick is the guy you want in your corner.
