I recently closed an escrow with this company. They are a solid and secure company with exceptional service. Sam was awesome! They are well versed on the laws, audited and independent. I received all documents in a timely manner and all call were answered. They were very proactive and I highly recommend them. Pleased to see they got rid of David & Sarah who were slow and incompetent

I have been using Granite for about 4 years. They were the REO/Seller’s choice. I only buy REO properties so I expect that the transaction could be slow due to dealing with the «bank» as a seller. The officer I was using was friendly and competent and we ended up being friends. In fact, on all my REO purchases, I chose Granite as the buyer’s choice of escrow and I paid both the seller and buyer’s fees. I did this because the Bank’s in-​house escrow company was literally ran from India. Anyway, I am digressing.
Unfortunately, this officer either left or was let go recently and my files were transferred to another officer back on 7÷10÷15. It is now ⁷⁄₂₉ and I STILL have not even received opening docs on 3 files and HOA docs have not been ordered. 19 days!!! and title is not holding them up since I have the prelims already. I have finally cancelled all my escrows and I am moving on. Do not use Granite! Slow is an understatement

I can’t say I’m pleased with their service. Nor am I happy with the attitude of one of their female employees. In the course of our business transaction, «S» was nothing but condescending and unprofessional. I sincerely hope that she will take the time to consider her words before she speaks. Treating people with respect is key to good service. Speaking of service, I found them to be slow and inefficient. I do not recommend using them.

Yup, terrible. Don’t fully read or respond to emails, not helpful when you have questions, basically holding the keys to my house hostage with their inefficiency. Rock solid service? Not so much. I’ll be advising both real estate agents against ever using them again.

I have never worked with a worse escrow. They are very slow and disorganized. I have been in the business for 17 years, and this is the worst I’ve worked with. I would not have used them but the relo company insisted.

we had the same experience. they called us the day before we needed to sign documents, and told us they close at 4pm and would not wait around for us to get off of work. My wife told them we would be in the next morning, and when she showed up they told us they knew she was coming, but she needed an appointment. every step of the way was miserable all the way to the end where we found out they don’t issue certified checks, and it took 2 weeks to clear the bank.
we have purchased 6 homes and this is by far the most un-​client friendly escrow company. They make you feel like your a burden to them. theres many good companies around and this is not one of them!!!

horrible services! don’t ever use them! super slow response time! My realtor told me that they are the worst escrow company she’s ever encountered!
