Very good customer service. Clean, spacious and good coffee. Outside sitting area is great.

Philippe, Lori, Cheeze… Can’t say enough about the great crew! I can’t do without my daily latte that Philippe makes. He’s the best barista ever.

Nice clean Peet’s. Very friendly staff, and plenty of seating inside and outdoor. Very busy on Saturday morning with cyclist.

I asked if they have Wi-​Fi they said yes. I login in and I couldn’t used it!!! They told me doesn’t work because the space??? They lied !!! I bought a coffee and scone I wish they told me the truth and don’t make me buy and tried for 40 minutes internet next time don’t play around with customers!!!

I really love this Peets Coffee location! It has a large lobby with lots of seating. They are also located in a shopping center with great outdoor seating (it’s heated at night and well lite outside!). They have a great menu with hand roasted coffees from their artisan roasters. My favorite drink here is just a vanilla iced latte– but I’ll also often enjoy their cold brew iced coffee.
I’ve been helped by multiple baristas here– who are all extremely friendly with great tips on beverages if I feel like finding something new. I can always count on getting a drink I will enjoy here at anytime of the day. It’s a good place to study/​enjoy with reliable wifi as well!

As far as corporate coffee chains go I always liked Peet’s or Coffee Bean better as opposed to Starbucks. They offer more variety and flavor in their drinks whereas other large chains often taste burnt or bitter.
This specific location is very spacious and not very noisy (great for studying). The mall it’s located in is quite posh but is quite empty. There is great out door seating and unique restaurants surrounding it. Only downside for me was it can get a bit cold after a couple hours and the WiFi was extremely slow when I visited.

My first visit to this location was very pleasant. My local Starbucks was closed for repairing, and this was the next best thing. A hidden gem if I may. Beautiful seating on the outside, and as well on the inside. I walked in and was immediately greeted by a young gentlemen. He told me I was beautiful! haha Got a good salesmen right there. He explained the menu, and recommended some things which made it easier for me. The atmosphere was very laid back. I’m use to loud baristas, and heavy chatter. But this location was very chill. There were a good amount of people sitting around. The wifi was very hassle free to use. And the facility was clean :] I will definitely be coming here from now on. Sorry Starbucks.

awesome amazing delicious! Way better than the competitors. Peet’s barista’s are rock stars and know how to make good cups of coffee and actually care about the product they are serving. I am a loyal Peet’s fan and will drive as far as I need to to find a cup of coffee. Vanilla Iced almond milk latte’s are my favorite!

Plenty of outdoor seating for individuals or groups, water fountain, olive trees, Tuscan design outside plus the coffee is delicious. Orchard Hills center is great! Heaters outside when it is chilly.

*Update* Peet’s was apologetic and offered to ship us some freshly roasted beans to be delivered by the end of the week. Much appreciated!
I am usually the first one to give Peet’s coffee a great review but tonight was somewhat disappointing. So I guess this location closes at 8 pm on Sunday night, we are used to other locations closing later. We walked in right as it was turning from 8 pm to 8:01 pm and when we walked inside (customers were still lingering and no closed sign on the door) we were told they were already closed. We were shocked and asked if we could just pick up coffee beans? The girl said no, I’ve already closed all the registers. Wow, they must have been trying to bolt it out of there, I guess understandably so. Meanwhile the closest Peet’s to us is a ½ hour drive one way in any direction but we make the trek to get coffee beans from Peet’s and it was a bummer but clearly our fault for not knowing their hours. Make a note, this Peet’s location closes really early!

I love the baristas here. Always friendly and gets my order correct. The coffee and the pastries are amazing!

Where ever there is peets I’m good. It differs from a lot coffee chain places as its higher quality and more fresh. The late part is my fav because Peets have almond milk which other spots might not have, but I’m sure Starbucks don’t carry almond milk.
Bottom line. You can’t go wrong with peets

This store is surprisingly good, especially for the outdoor sitting area. (Just reminds me some pretty good coffee spots in Europe) It’s really nice to have a cup of coffee with a chat with your friends, or even surfing the internet by yourself.
Quite, nice weather and breeze… This really makes my day! Will definitely come back with my friends, or just stop by myself with fully charged cell phone!

Best Peets Coffee Around! I live right next door so i walk everyday to grab my Large Iced Coffee with 3 pumps Chocolate and they already know my order when i walk in. Andrew is THE BEST. he swirls the chocolate in before putting the ice and then the coffee so it tastes way better than before. Ashlee is the coolest, she’s super nice, calls me ash and wishes me a good day everytime i see her. :) I never go to Starbucks anymore. Proud of it! :)

Love their coffee I live very close but never noticed about this place. I become pretty picky when it comes to coffee since I studied and worked as a barista before. I always had the crema in my Americano and it was just perfect taste of full bodiness. LOVE IT! I’m so glad that I found this place. Atmosphere is warm and cozy and staffs seem all nice and fun. Wifi is availble too!

Please bring back the old cup sleeve/​holders. This new design is too ugly! I carry my coffee with me, and I loved the simplicity of how the old style looked. The new design looks cheap and tacky.

Good coffee. There is always seating here! In the colder days and nights the heaters on the outside are on so it’s nice and toasty! I go here the most because I live closer to this one than the one on Campus by UCI.
Always plenty of parking too!

I love peets. This review is about their service.
This is at ~4pm on a weekend. Place is packed with people reading, studying, and of course, ordering.
barista #1 — servicing a lady for over 5 minutes. That lady is just quite annoying constantly not sure what she wanted to order. Her bill has ballooned to over $ 65.
Barista #2 — Keeps saying: «Sorry for the wait, we’ll be with you…», then helps Barista #1 with the lady’s coffee order.
Line of 3 becomes line of 5.
Barista #2: «Sorry for the wait… «- Stop talking about it, let Barista #1 deal with her own customers and start Ringing more customers!
I get to finally order my coffee with Barista #1. Barista #2 is STILL working on the original lady’s order. NO one is making the specialty drinks for the other customers! Horrible system.
I’m glad i just got a drip and left.

I keep cheating on Peet with other Peets but I’m pretty sure this is my favorite Peet’s.
I love it here! The atmosphere is great inside and outside. For some reason, it seems roomier than other Peet’s (?) Outside is heavenly outdoor seating from the Orchard Hills shopping center.
Personally, the Peet’s in Tustin is overwhelming to even get to. Park, walk across plenty of car traffic, try to walk a little faster when 4+ cars are waiting for you to cross… Then do it all over on the way back!
My boyfriend swears this Peet’s has made his coffee the best! He said, and I quote, «Wow, that lady got my coffee perfect. It tastes great!»
We had our drinks outside and it was such a pleasant experience! *swooning over Peet*
