We have been coming here for over 2 years now. Even after moving to the other side of Irvine, we still make the drive to use this cleaners. We have tried others around our house like«The Cleaners and Tailoring» place in Woodbury(see my review) but there is no comparison — this place is so much better. We spend almost $ 500 a month of dry cleaning and laundry service since we are busy executives. We never had any problem with Green Cleaners! In fact, there was an instance where I thought they didn’t give us back a pair of pants. When I spoke to the owner/manager, he was kind enough tell me that he can review the camera footage for the day to count the number of clothes that I dropped off. I thought that was really cool! It turned out that I counted wrong and left the pants at home but there was no argument on their part — just a logical solution. I see some of the bad reviews but this is Irvine and since moving here, there are very slim pickings for such a large city in terms of good service — this is one of the good ones!

Reasonable prices and friendly service. My shirts are always done clean and on time. I hope the irvine company won’t kick this business out of their center like most other struggling businesses in town.

I have been a long time customer of Green Cleaners and recently brought in 6 pieces of clothing to be altered. Well upon my pickup the total came out to be $ 164 dollars!!! Which I felt was extremely high. I didn’t argue about it I just went ahead and paid for it. Not until I got home and looked at my receipt. They charged me for 7 items when I only had 6 items. When I brought it to their attention they argued with me and tried to say that indeed there was 7 pieces. Long story short they lost a very good customer over a minor error on THEIR part. Over priced and poor customer service.

I brought my clothes here and i was surprised how expensive they are. They offered a 25% coupon for new customers online. Good but price is high.

Pretty pricey. They did a gob job cleaning my wife’s suit top, but didn’t completely clean the pants even though I requested it to be dry cleaned. My pants, however, came out fine. Two out of three for their prices = meh.

Wow, surprised by the crap reviews. $ 38 to dry clean four sweaters and a down feather coat. Amazingly cheap for«green» cleaning. I use Green Cleaners because I don’t like harsh chemicals in my clothing. I have very sensitive skin. Not to mention that particular solvents used here do not run red dyes(which is a problem I’ve encountered elsewhere). However, if you use green cleaners specifically to limit your impact on the environment, you may be bothered by the amount of plastic and other materials they consume here. I drive 10 — 15 min out of my way to give this place my business. Not only because they are cheaper than other cleaners, but also because of the fast turnaround, the friendly service, and the extras. Shaved the pills off one of my cashmere cardis. Replaced a chipped button on a blouse. Sewed up a hole in a sweater. All complimentary.

I go to this cleaners because it is convenient. They do a decent dry cleaning job but I must admit they are on the expensive side. But the girls that work there are all very friendly and nice. I just wish they would bring their prices down a tad to be more competitive!

I come here all the time because its convenient. The one things that they do very well here is hem denim and the ladies at the front are pretty nice. There are a few things that I don’t like about this cleaners. #1 it is supposed to be a green cleaners. I’m not sure what type of solution they use to clean the clothes but if it is eco-friendly then that is probably the only thing about this place that is. They use a ton of paper, plastic, disposable hangers, etc., so basically they are just green washing. #2 the scent of their solvents are not pleasant. #3THEYRUINEDMYEXPENSIVEUN-REPLACEABLECOMFORTER. After getting it dry cleaned I realized that there were about 8 different tears all over my comforter. I took it back to have them fix it and when i got it back ITSMELLEDTERRIBLELIKEMOLD and the stitches they sewed came apart in less than a week! So moral of the story, go elsewhere.
