Friendly staff, clean units and good promotions. Francisco was awesome, he made the process really easy. Ill be using Extraspace whenever i need storage. 5 stars!

Super easy to arrange and use. Staff helpful. Safe and clean facility. Be prepared for add on charges like a lock and insurance. Very reasonable.

I found the staff — Eric, Francisco, Sandra — overall very professional, particularly Eric who helped me out directly (Francisco was great on the phone). The storage units are separated into two locations on either side of the street, near a Waste Management site which can make the air more than a little funky at times, but how often are you going to access your storage unit? I’ve been a wee bit alarmed bc the gate has been open for at least an hour multiple times, but hopefully it’s been repaired by now.

If you go to this storage don’t rent from Karl T. Olsson Jr. He’s disrespectful and needs to work in a pawn shop with his attitude. He literally played games with my boyfriends gate accesses and comes of being racist! He’s treated up from day one with NO respect. I don’t understand how he still has a job. Never coming back to this one again!
