Great food and great service, the lady walked my through the specials(I got two medium pepperoni pizzas) and the food was great. And OMG was the crust amazing. I usually go to pizza hut but this is my new favorite.

I was quoted online 33 – 43 minutes, and delivery took over an hour. The box was crushed with a good portion of the cheese on the lid. When I called to let management know the problem, Mario was not only rude but insulting. I suspect he is sexist against women based on his unacceptable comments to me. He clearly does not care about his customers or how the business is being run.

Hey everyone I just placed on order with Monica and she gave me the BESTCUSTOMERSERVICE. I was going to order just one pepperoni pizza but then she told me about there specials and she gave me a good deal on 2 large pizza’s. If you ever order from here, talk to Monica :)

Typically I have no issue but this time, Luis the driver was rude, my pizza had jalapeños instead of bell peppers and just was not up to standard.

No cheese or peppers I asked for. Missing the ranch I paid for. Website skipped the toppings menu so now I have a plain cheese pizza. If it skips the menu, it should default pepperoni.

This Dominos location is great. Every time I’ve ordered take-out or delivery with special instructions for pizza preparation they have always gotten the orders right. The employees and delivery people are friendly and helpful. Very nice people.

I ordered from Domino’s on pi day(3⁄14) already believing there would be a long wait due to the holiday. I ordered my pizza, and decided to go and pick it up. Never again will I return to this location due to the lack of service I received. I arrived 40 minutes after I originally ordered the pizza, thinking it would have given them ample time to make it. The cashier asks me for the name the order was under, but before I could tell her my name she immediately replies, «I know its not ready yet.» From this I’m thinking that it must be close for her to have recognized my name. So I ask her how long it was until it was ready, thinking I could go run and grab a soda at a gas station. She replies saying, «All orders are backed up because of your school.» I attend UCI as a graduate student, and the undergrads were in finals. I explain to her that I ordered it 40 minutes ago, and wanted to know how long it was until it was ready: a simple question that was never answered. The rest of my time there she tries to avoid me, would not make eye contact, and acted as if she was doing everything and anything else besides talk to me. I ask her a sixth time after being ignored repeatedly, «How long until my pizza is ready?» and she finally acts as if she is trying to find where my pizza is on the list but is ultimately unable to. Why was she unable to find my order? Because she was searching in over 50 printed labels for pizza orders, when she had already placed my order’s label on a box that was meant for a pizza that was currently in the oven. All she had to do was simply tell me that it would have been 10 minutes until my pizza was ready, but instead she skirted around, and acted as if I didn’t matter after repeatedly asking how long it would take for my pizza to be ready over 5 or 6 times directly. I am appalled by this lack of service, and more appalled that the manager never stepped in to correct her actions. This is a terrible location for service, and it infuriates me to be put down due to being a student and a customer.

I am the client services director of my company. And every Friday, I order lunch for the entire office. Usually, I never pick up the food myself but last Friday, I went ahead and picked up for the office and boy, am I glad that I did because we will NEVER order from this establishment again. I placed the order online for 8 pizzas, 3 caesar salads, 2 chicken poppers and 5 pastas at 8:30AM — to be ready at 11:45AM because we have lunch at noon. I showed up at 11:40AM and they said it wasn’t ready yet(no apologies, which is fine because we were early) — 11:45AM rolled around and it still wasn’t ready. 11:55AM still not ready. We didn’t start to get our food until after 12PM and we were still waiting on items. They didn’t have our caesar salads and decided to sub them for garden salads(why couldn’t have someone called me in advance to ask if this was ok?) and in the end I HAD(to do THEIR job) to ask them for the receipt, so I could sign for the purchase. When I asked who the manager is, no one responded. And when I asked a second time, the girl in black said that Ro was the manager. When I asked Ro if he was the manager, he responded«We are ALL managers here» — and I said ok, my food was late. And his response was«If you want your food on-time, you need to order earlier .» WTF. I placed an order over 3 hours in advance, it was late and I am supposed to leave happy? No remorse, no apologies just pure rudeness and lack of customer service. THE worst customer service ever. Called corporate and they don’t seem to care enough either because I never got a response since speaking to a rep who said that this location is a franchise. So hey, whoever owns this franchise, do yourself a huge favor and let Ro go. He doesn’t like people(there are multiple reviews about him on here) and improve customer service at your store. Your target market here isn’t struggling college students but we are all corporate folks who are placing decent sized orders, so treat us semi-decent and we might come back.

Seems like this store has prices of their own, I called for a carry out large pizza 3 toppings, 2 chicken and 1 pineapple, which is a $ 7.99 all over SoCal but the attendant lady repeatedly gives me a $ 10.79 price and explains its because of the chicken our prices have just gone up lol. So I called another nearby Domino’s to double check and they had 7.99 for a large 3 toppings pizza double chicken pineapple, I will never call this store again

Domino’s! My friend dot_ham told me to get dinner since I was staying over at his place with others: P It just so happened that finals were about to be coming in the land of the Anteaters and they had 50% off online orders of hand tossed pizzas! So I ordered it for 6.30pm on a Friday evening as a carryout. The plaza is hard to find. It is indeed on Michelson but it’s not the first plaza but the second plaza. So if you’re on Von Karman, you have to go onto Michelson to get to the Domino’s Plaza. When you get to the plaza, the place is easy to find. I went with my friend and we went inside at 6.35pm. We told them that I did it online and got an email verification. The person somehow had my order, knew what I got, had the correct dollar amount, but for some very odd and peculiar reason, he couldn’t find my pizza. He asked me what time I set it for and I was like«wait you have all my info lol» but still told him it was 6.30pm. After going around 3 – 4 times in the pizza store, he found my Extravaganza Pizza and I was off! The pizza? Pretty good, good taste. It’s just… larges aren’t what larges used to be): which is kinda sad. They have a good tomato sauce and they definitely have the ingredients in there– but why so little): Also, I believe this is the pizza place that does all the UCI delivery. They must be making a good amount of moola. Have ordered it a couple times throughout my years of UCI, pizza was usually decent-good. :3 RIP cheese packets and chili peppers.

I’ve ordered many pizzas from this location — on the phone and online. They’re helpful and friendly and the pizza always comes out to my liking! However, there’s nothing too unique about Domino’s compared to other pizzerias. The quality you get for the price you pay here, however, is pretty good(especially since Domino’s has a bunch of deals often) SOO… Keep your eyes open for their online deals and specials so you can save yourself some extra dough! One of the major downsides or rather, my latest discovery is that you can’t just ask for packets of red chili pepper flakes or Parmesan cheese anymore. Those packets? Well they don’t exist anymore and if you want these extra additives you’re going to have to pay. Maybe I’m cheap or maybe I feel entitled to these flakes and such, but finding this out made me sad but I mean just giving you the 4−1−1, I think if you want to buy it it’s like an extra dollar or something but I’m going to be real I don’t actually know because I was never down to commit to this extra charge… I just wanted my pizza. This place definitely fed my lazy during my college years & helped during the finals struggle.

As a business owner I hate to leave bad reviews for businesses as it can affect a companies reputation but I felt strongly about the experience I had. If anybody looks at this review I would highly suggest that they do not purchase pizza from this location. After eating a medium size pizza which I had delivered I proceeded to have food poisoning for 4 days. I was not able to work for a full week and did not fully recover for 10 days. I hope no one else has to go through this again it was a terrible feeling.

WOWZERS. This place sucks. The manager is EXTREMELY rude over the phone but is the nicest guy in person. Delivery is always late and is always wrong. I worked for Dominos and know how the business works. I don’t not know how this place is still running. GOWITHPAPAJOHN’s ORPIZZAHUTORANYOTHERPIZZAPLACE

So me and my home boy were hungry for some pizza right? 50 percent off online orders, heck yesssss! I get a bacon carbonara artisan pizza…4BUCKS. Whatttt? Yeah online specials rock. Anyways, I want to get this four buck special pizza but my homie shoots me down for a traditional large with cheesy breadsticks. Breadsticks cost more than my special pizza… so lame. Anyways, place the order, play some games, wait for the pizza. Nada. No phone call no doorbell, nothing. I call em up. «Dominoes, this is Jake speaking» «Jake, my name is Irvin and I want to check up on my pizza. The order number is.» We talk, turns out pizza was delivered but they had the wrong number so driver went back. I give em right number, ask for a free 2 liter to make it up, they try again, still no pizza after a hour half. What the heck… now I’m actually hungry. Call em up again. «Dominoes, this is Jake speaking. How can I help you?» «Jake, this is the guy who called in before about his pizza. It’s still not here» I speak to a manager and they give me the pizza for free for my troubles. Thanks guys, I wasn’t so hungry to be pissed about the wait but the free ness and good customer service makes up for the shoddy execution of delivery. Much props to the homeboys at this Dominoes for keeping it real.

Ordered two large pizzas last night and they were good, but it doesn’t change the fact that this franchise location sucks. So first off, I was having issues ordering online to receive the 50% off promo,(apparently you couldn’t get the discount by calling in your order) I called letting them know my situation and said there was nothing they could do in store… Okay? Umm, really? Your manager can’t do an override or something? I’m not trying to be a jerk here but common, give me a break guys. Help a customer out who is trying to order food and give you guys business, it’s not like I was asking for a free hand out. –_– Although there was a pop up offering some chicken specialty side for free after spending $ 20 but I accidentally closed it and it never popped up again. When I asked about it in store, the front employee didn’t know a thing and the manager, she was not willing to make an exception. Which okay, cool, but ever hear about providing GREATCUSTOMERSERVICE?! I’ve worked in retail, I know what customer service is. Fast forward /take a step back with me. Haha. After several attempts online, finally the discount kicks in and I make my way to pick up the pizzas. I get there, get my pizzas and ask for Parmesan cheese, crushed red peppers, and plates,(napkins were on the counter so I didn’t have to ask) and to my surprise, they said THEYNOLONGERGIVEOUTPARMESANCHEESEANDCRUSHEDREDPEPPERSBUTONLYSELLTHEMNOWINMINISHAKERSFORM. WHATINTHEWORLD!!! What pizza shop doesn’t provide such basic complimentary condiments when you order a pizza?! Was pretty perturbed by this. So very LAME.

So I’m only writing this because of my disbelief of their new cheese and pepper policy??? I ordered a large pepperoni feast pizza with extra sauce and when I came to pick it up, asked for plates, red pepper, and cheese… The guy told me the pepper was for a dollar and showed me this new, fancy and unnecessary container of red pepper. so I was like whatever… I’ll just have the cheese then… and he proceeded to bring up another plastic packaged container of cheese? Oh no thank you, I ain’t paying a dollar extra each for that stuff… I’ll just grab them from other pizza places! I came home to tell my roommate this, and she said they’ve been doing it for almost a year now? Really? I guess I haven’t had dominos for a year then. I think I can go another one without it. Oh… and the pizza was mehh… there wasn’t as much pepperoni as I had imagined(I mean, with the name and all), and also, I didn’t feel like there was any extra sauce… it tasted like regular sauce cheese pizza with a couple slices of pepperoni on it.

1st& last at this location! 1) they don’t know diff. bw Ital. Saus. & sliced Saus. — I ordered Italian sausage and got sliced 2) 1 peppe. &1 Saus. on a whole slice! — did they runout of toppings? 3) pizza was supper dry as if it was over cooked! We are gonna miss our old location. I guess Pizza Hut going forward, since I’m not driving to HB to pick up pizza. ;(. If management is reading this, I highly recommend better training to pizza prep folks that were working tonight. Please make sure slices have more than one piece of topping per slice — if you don’t believe me check out the pic I posted. Dominos WAS always my favorite… Thanks
